I woke up in pain and was unsure of what to do. Did a quick search on Google and found UbudCare Canggu. Hesitated awhile because I wasn't sure how soon they can get to me but I dropped a note via their online form and within 20 minutes I got a call to ask me about my symptoms and they got to my place with all the necessary medications and equipments 30 minutes after the call. The doctor was nice, very thorough and explained to me which medication to take and why I need them. One of the complains I saw was re: the pricing of medications. Go through the medications they prescribed to you and ask the doctor which are necessary, she will let you know and advice accordingly. Also very good follow-up, they messaged me every 1-2 days to follow-up on my condition and provided me with the medical report for insurance submission.

Had a great experience getting a travel vaccine (Japanese Encephalitis) at Ubud Care. They were quick to respond to our questions on WhatsApp, the clinic was clean, the doctors and nurses were professional and spoke English, and the price for the vaccine was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Very good clinic. Easy to make an appointment. I am happy with the service and highly recommend Dr Candra the psychiatrist. It's scary not feeling well whilst abroad, and he was excellent and had fluent English. The treatment plan was clear and I was in control.

I had terrible pain (I prefer not to disclose the nature of my problem) and I went to UbudCare Canggu clinic because it was the closest facility to my place. The doctor pointed out what could have been the cause, and provided me with medication that helped me. The treatment was very thorough and I am feeling much better thanks to the kind nurses and the doctor. They also followed up on the next steps on my treatment for which i had to visit a Radiology department in a hospital. I am grateful that my problem was treated timely and professionally. Thankfully it was nothing serious at the end but could have gotten worse if I was not treated properly.

I seng to UbudCare for a Dr appointment for some medicine I needed. The facility was great, the Dr very considerate and helped provide the proper medicine I needed. The next day I receive a follow up text message asking how the service was and if I received everything I went there for. Then the office staff went even further to help find me the cheapest price to get my medicine at. I will definitely use this Dr office again 100%. I also recommend it very highly to anyone needed to see a Dr anywhere in Bali. Great service. Very satisfied!!! See you again.

I got food poisoning in Canggu, 2 very friendly and polite nurses came to our hotel room, assessed me and gave me an Anti-Nausea shot and some Anti-Nausea Meds and some Anti Stomach Acid meds. I bounced back in a couple of days to full health and was able to get my Bali holiday back on track. The really good thing is they are contactable on WhatsApp, so if you have any questions after their visit, you can ask them and they respond quickly. They also do a check in on your heath via WhatsApp a day or two later. Very professional. If you’re a foreigner in Bali and need a doctor, call them.

I made an online appointment to see a doctor in UbudCare Canggu. I didn’t have to wait ant the doctor helped me immediately. They did a good research and give me medication. Good English staff. They send also an English medical report to Whasapp. 2 days later the doctor texted me for an follow up. I really recommend this hospital.
