I had an outstanding time staying at the Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak for three weeks. The hotel is flawlessly designed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from some of the best restaurants and shops in Seminyak. One of the best highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, it had a wide variety of delicious options for everyone, from local delicacies to international dishes, it was a great way to start my day. The hotel also has a large pool which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Overall, I would highly recommend the Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Bali

Great spot, would stay here again. Only ate at the restaurant for breakfast, but it was pretty good. Service at the bar during happy hour was a bit hit and miss, but that probably saved me on a couple of occasions to be honest. Yes, there are not enough spots to sit by the pool, and people take them up for longer than they should be allowed, but it wasn’t really a big deal, I was at the bar trying to get served anyway and hardly spent any time on the pool lounge. Location was very good, nice and close to the beach, so you actually get the sea breeze, first accommodation that I have experienced that in Bali. Staff were fantastic and friendly, (bar staff could be more organised) but overall a great atmosphere. I would stay here again without any hesitation!

We stayed for 5 nights at the Hotel, last week. The staff was very helpful but we can see a lack of experience but friendly, nice and helpful. More attention needed on the details on the cleaning in the room. The breakfast not so good, it lack of variety. Swimming pool is great. Our biggest disappointment was when we try to borrow a plate and a spoon, We were told we have to pay 50k rupiah and they said it was government’s policy and the Hotel policy. We never had this kind of experience before, we stayed in so many different hotels all over indonesia and only from Grand Mercure Seminyak who wanted to charge us to borrow a clean plate and a spoon.

What a gorgeous hotel. Great facilities, beautiful rooms and the pool and surrounds are amazing. We have been to Bali a number of times and always choose different hotels each time but we will definitely be back to this one. The breakfast was so yummy and the staff were absolutely lovely. The locality is perfect just a few minutes walk from the beach bars where we spent every night watching the gorgeous sunsets. There were plenty of pool lounges with umbrellas to relax and enjoy the most gorgeous pool area and the happy hour bar prices are very reasonable. What an amazing stay. We can't wait to return.

We had an amazing time at Grand Mercure. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very helpful and courteous. It is a 20 minute ride to all the famous clubs in Seminyak. Canggu clubs are a little further. Our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's a relatively new hotel but it didn't seem like it. Vegetarian options should be added to the breakfast menu for a wholesome meal.

The hotel has been amazing !! This was newly opened a couple of months ago, they have accommodated all my requests for early check-in and late checkout as well. Staff are very polite and decent. Priscilla especially has been very supportive of all the request and I thank her for the hospitality 😀 I’ll book the same for my parents who are visiting Bali in 2 weeks.

We are currently at Grand mercure seminyak, location is perfect, practically across from beach where all the action is, live music, restaurants, entertainment and peacefully relaxing on beach day beds / bean bags under beach umbrellas been served food and drinks etc Grand mercure hotel is a beautiful new resort style hotel with beautifully friendly staff, the restaurant is so comfortable with a lot of food options, the chef is so friendly and social making sure all your food desires are met. For buffet breakfast you can order anything you want if not already there. Lunch and Dinner menu is also great, Food is outstanding with lots of yummy choices and is always served with a smile. Bar is perfect for us Aussies with all our favourite drinks easily flowing 😆 with live entertainment also most of the time Having a wonderful time thank you Grand mercure for making our holiday stay so wonderful, will definitely be seeing you again .

The stay was great. We were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff who took care of us properly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again..didn't seem like a new property as the staff was well trained

Overall, this hotel is well worth the money. It's a 2 minute walk away from the beach. They have a great desk in case you need to use a laptop. The rooms feel new and are spacious. My only complaint is that their water pressure is a little lower than needed to get the salt off your body from all those regular trips you'll make to the beach.

The Grand Mercure Seminyak Bali is a nice place to stay. The pool is great, but it would have been even better if they had a heated pool or a jacuzzi. The rooms are comfy, and the bathrooms are nice and clean. The whole property is beautiful and has a peaceful vibe. The best part is the friendly staff; they're really sweet and helpful. However, I have to say the breakfast was just okay, not outstanding. To sum it up, the Grand Mercure Seminyak Bali is a good choice for your Bali stay. It's got comfy rooms, a lovely pool, and a beautiful setting. The only downsides are the lack of a heated pool/jacuzzi and the so-so breakfast. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 overall.

We're glad to stay in this hotel in Seminyak during our Bali trip. We think it's a great location where the beach is 2 mins away by foot, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants along the Arjuna street. The staff members were very friendly and helpful to accommodate us. They made sure we had the best experience. We really recommend this hotel if you decide to stay in Seminyak (tip: not sure if it's only me, but the sunset at the beach was always spectacular with the sun looking unusually big from this beach only!) 😄

A beautiful, modern hotel. Fantastic facilities, delicious food in the restaurant and the service was second to none - thank you Lorenzo! Close walking distance to some lovely restaurants along the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

I was served Lorenzo and the experience was great. I love the location of the hotel and it is with great surfing beach with very stunning sunset. The breakfast is great however it there is addition of indonesian especially balinese cuisine it will be greater. The bed and pillow was so comfortable that i do not want to leave it.

Fantastic place to stay. Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were spacious modern and clean. Pool and outdoor area was a tropical oasis. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had such a variety of delicious food and juices. Close to beach and markets. Would not hesitate to come back and stay again.

Everything was just great. The pool is gorgeus, big enough and clean. We liked the breakfast. The rooms are cosy and very nice. Hotel is greatly located, just few steps from Double six beach, with nice outlets and live music. Lorenzo at the reception desk was very kind and helpful.
