NOT RECOMMENDED: It was a sad experience, the toilet was filthy. Within 5 minutes of entering I brought this to the attention of team, but they did not help. The towels were wet. Cleanliness is expected from all hotels atleast in this price. And even 1000 Rs. Hotels have given far better services. Price of Rs. 2000 is too high for the level of cleanliness, service, and hygiene provided. And finding the hotel is also difficult.

The hotel is badly placed in a residential area so there is no parking and no market. Rooms are built in 70's style. Rooms are very damp and outdated. Talking about food, pathetic experience as everything was stale and quite expensive. The staff had a temperamental issue. Over all a pathetic place to stay. Doesn't even deserve a single star.

Location is good as everything is accessible. Staff is well behaved and responsive, specially Mr Mohit. Overall, safe and one of the best hotels in Karnal.

The ambience of the rooms are good. It is very around 500m from Karnal Bus Stand. The hotel seemed pretty understaffed. Food is pretty expensive. They charged Rs 47 for a one litre bisleri water bottle which I felt was way too much.

For this price, the hotel is good. Service is good, cleanliness is good, location in the middle of city, food is good in restaurant, room service for food was great. If I have to stay next time, I will choose this Hotel again for my Stay in Karnal. I am from Toronto and I stayed here from Sept 10 to Sept 13, 2023

Pleasant stay at Gopinath Grand We stayed on this hotel on 16Mar2023 and overall experience is wonderful.Service is very good and hotel is quite and calm area. Food is very hygiene and healthy and I strongly recommend one to try poori and idli as part of complimentary breakfast. They have in-house certified chef Mr.Vikram and his recipes are simply superb. Strongly recommend this hotel….🤗

It is an awesome hotel. -The property is well maintained and appears to be new. -The rooms are clean and lively. -Food is soo much delicious that you will be literally licking your fingers. -Staff is courteous and professional. -It is just opposite to Dyal Singh College and is quite near to Kalpana Chawla Medical College. -The only minor issue is of the parking which is also well managed by the hotelier. Note:- This hotel deserves five star but due to change in food menu made it to four stars. Quantity of plain rice was very much less and rates were much high for that little quantity.

Hotel is siudated opp to dayal singh college. Rooms are affordable, staff is coparative and food is good, in short gud faciliyies and pocket friendly stay.

Room r not good as per price. Washroom not working properly. Very low pressure in shower. Leela Grande is much better than this.
