One of the rudest person I have ever met. The guy at the reception is not suitable for the role. Tried booking the hotel from GoIbibo. Was getting the room at around 1900 with complimentary breakfast+ 4 hours early check-in. I thought of calling the hotel prior to booking, the guy picked the call and when I explained he immediately told no early check-in and no complimentary breakfast. He told you need to come here and book for 2000 or else he can't do anything. After reaching there I asked whether he can give complimentary breakfast to which he said no, he gave only early check in. I don't understand if hotels dont want people to book from various sites then why do they even register there. Room was not having TV connection, told to give water. That got delivered after calling 4-5 times. Booked a deluxe one but the management was too poor.

Food preparations are good, delicious. Service is good. Staff are cooperative. Location is suitable to reach tourist destinations like City palace, pichola lake etc

Pros: Good staff, Good location everything is near by like wine shop, rent vehicle, pichola lake, city palace on walking distance only Cons: Nothing like which they have shown in pictures Room is below average Not upgraded Tv and channel were not working properly Included breakfast is below average So if you love to drink then this hotel is ok but if you want to stay with your family in good Ambience please opt for other options.

Hotel do not accept online booking. Do not book online. Very bad experiance. Manager is arrogant and do not even support. Lookwise its good but there are lot of good hotels available in Udaipur who provides good support.

One of the bestest hotel i have ever stayed. Firstly i have to wait to collect my keys meanwhile is checked the interior it was very beautiful. Once all formalities where done i was given keys of my room. I took the lift and reached 3rd floor . Every thing was clean all around. After entering my room i chexk it and everything was perfect. I felt that i am at home. I conpleted my work and in night had dinner there it was delicious and price were also good. Bestest hotel!

Rooms are clean. Nice sitting area at all floors Staff is friendly Hotel rooms are smaller than mentioned in the site Hotel room description says queen size bed but they are normal double beds. Have a dining area though we didn't had food there. Lift can accommodate 5 people at once.

This is the best hotel in udaipur. Staff is very cooperative.food is delicious 😋. Only problem is that they don't have parking facilities
