Visited here for morning breakfast before we start our day roaming around the streets. Ordered bread butter, veg sandwich with juice which makes a energetic start for the day. It was quiet place as we were there during early hours. Only few options are there for breakfast.

Worst experience, I have heard a lot about the place but trust me, it didn't worth to visit. Service is too bad, Behaviour of staff is too negative towards the client. I have personally observed that it's more money orientated instead cleint satisfaction. They have just opted a concept of unlimited Thali, rest nothing new to experience, the same taste can be feel by visiting to some one selling on road side.

Tasty and authentic Dal Baati. What's best, it's not exorbitantly priced like other restaurants in the area. ₹180 for unlimited Daal Baati Churma (That's a fantastic deal!). I have a fairly good appetite and I could manage 2.5 servings of Baati and 2 servings of Churma after walking for 12kms around the city (which includes climbing the hill)

The food is not worthy. Went there after hearing recommendations from our hotel owner. But none of us liked the food. We ordered several dishes, I didn’t like even one. Dal Bati Churma was worst. They were very reluctant to serve extra rice even after promising unlimited food. Cheese balls did not have cheese inside. Vanilla and butter scotch icecream shakes were more like ice cream blended with water. The service was very very slow. We saw them purchasing and bringing ingredients after we placed the order. They kept them waiting for a long time telling the food will arrive now, when they did not have even ingredients in the first place. I do not recommend this place. Udaipur has many good restaurants and cafes. Avoid this one at any cost. Dal bati we had from a street shop the next day was far better than what we got from this shop.

I had gone with my family. While I had daal baati churma, my kid and husband had typical north indian food like paneer and roti. Everything was delicious. Daal baat was just too good. Not only the food but the person serving us was also very nice. He was very pleasant and offered not only me but my husband and kid also churma, daal chhach etc everything and even insisted them to take more. I recommend everyone to go their atleast once.

One of the over hyped places in udaipur. The taste of dal Bari was just below average and no one in my family liked it. Though the service is good but taste really matters and it’s just flat. 200/- for dal Bati thali which gets you unlimited dal, bati, butter milk, besan Gaya and churma. I think it’s expensive for what they serve. You can get better dal bati in the Santosh dal bati left to JMB.

180 bucks for an unlimited dal baati churma thali is what we had and it was tasty. They dont pour extra ghee on the bati, the bring it crushed and mixed with ghee. The bati isnt baked the desi way so dont expect an authentic taste but everything tasted good and cant be faulted.
