it doesn’t have good environment for friends because this place is so silent even it doesn’t feel like restaurants. i had ordered chicken chilli that was salty and main course was not so good. I’m disappointed and it was so boring environment.Even quality was so less as compare to price. It doesn’t worth your money. worst experience 😐

Platterz… nice n cozy place. Very beautifully made.. tastefully done.. simple and elegant .. beautiful without being gaudy. In a nutshell ten on ten on looks. Food quality is very good. Taste is good . But but but… the service part is very poor.. probably the staff is untrained and lacks basic courtesy .. and very lousy . Except for the poor service , everything else is fine. The owners should be careful while hiring the staff.

A great place with great food

This place is everything but fair. While food quality is good, I was shocked to see how they loot customers even on product with marked MRPs. Once I told them I am going to take action for this, they corrected the bill but would not expect this from such place. PS: I am a repeating customer and visited this place 4th time. But would be careful to give them my business from next time

Food is good. Portion size is very small for the amount charged. Worst of all, is the service. The waiters were straight up rude. It looked like they were doing a favor by providing us dinner. Before reaching the restaurant, i had confirmed with the staff that last order time was 10:30pm. The server started pestering us to order main course along with the starters at 9:40 . And at 10:45 he LITERALLY told us to leave the restaurant because they were closing. Never going there again. I hope this review reaches to the right person and appropriate action is taken.

This is undoubtedly one of the finest restaurants in Udaipur. The menu boasts of dishes that you may not find anywhere else. And the dishes are equally delicious. I have gone a few times there and will keep on going until eternity.

It was and will be my favourite place for non veg specially for biryani but the previous manager left the place nd currently the manager is so damn rude and kinna kills the vibe of restaurant plus also the mood. You cannot ask anything to him he is not at all friendly and polite.

Good food, nice ambience. However the staff is sometimes not very welcoming. Even when the restaurant was completely empty, they forced us to sit on the table for 2. The seats are also little uncomfortable.

I ordered fish ajwaini tikka yesterday and it was the worst kinda undercooked fish one could ever have… The pieces were very small like they served me some leftovers… Just because I’m not eating in doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be served well!!! I’ve eaten at the place before but “NEVER TAKE OUT” they give you the leftovers or don’t serve you well

Hospitality- 8/10 Halal - no (owner not sure as they buy from vendor) Well this place is one is my favourite and it has good ambiance, calm! Indian varieties are good here but not thai/indonesian cuisines. I ordered Green thai curry, it was disappointing! Instead of lemon grass it has coriander, instead of zucchini, broccoli it has capsicum and gobi. Satay was good in taste but it’s not actual satay! Kindly work on these areas, rest items are great!

Visited yesterday for dinner. Disappointed. Small portions for large amount. There was nothing mexican in mexican cheese rolls. Also ordered dal makhni platter whose portion was undoubtedly better but the dal was extra salty. Won't recommend.
