I have ordered double paneer cheese pizza yesterday from Pizza Hut and I have received this horrible pizza which doesn't even closed to the picture that is shown on Zomato and the icing on the cake is that pizza doesn't even contains a single slice of paneer. This is one of the pathetic and terrible experience I had and i would strongly recommend not to order the pizza from Pizza Hut from any outlet in country and specially in Udaipur, you can go for local pizza store even that could value your money. Pizza hut doesn't even valued their customers as we didn't even recieved a single call back from their store managers after multiple calls with their call center members. One of the Pizza hut store closed due to the same pathetic and terrible service & Pizza in my city and I believe that others will soon be closed everywhere. At the last, in many reviews I saw that support team replied to customers that they will check their issue and etc etc but I think they didn't take the reviews,money & customers seriously bcoz there are multiple negative reviews for the same store but still the quality & service is continuously declining.

Food: 4/5 As per the Pizza Hut standard. But I personally believe toppings at Pizza Hut require improvement. Their pizzas have more taste of bread rather than the toppings. Staff: 2/5 Not knowledgeable about the offers on PayTM or ICICI Culinary treats program. Doesn't interact properly with customers on suggesting the best customization for their order based on their liking. Ambience: 4/5 As per Pizza Hut standards.

I don't wanna give it a single star 🌟...worst services ever... image u order farm fresh pizza and u were sitting with your friends...it took 1:30 hour to bring him one pizza and then also he brought simple Margherita one..which was so disappointing...and then he charge around ₹600 which was so irritating...street food is much better than those famous outlets

The Pizzas of Pizza Hut had been flavourful and scrumptious since the beginning. I have always cherished their pizza bases which makes me get a kick out of it each time. Recently, I tried their Momo-mia Pizza and Kebab Pizza and it was beyond impressive. I am in love with this enjoyable fusion of momos and pizza.

ordered one veg supreme pizza and what a quality product they provided, it was cold prepared long time ago , one of the worst experience of pizza, i think a local shop can prepare better than this.

First time I had Worst Experience at Pizza Hut @ Lake City Udaipur. The grluc bread was taste like normal toast and veggie pizza has not vegetables on it. The pizza is not cooked well and base is so thick. It was my worst experience ever for pizzaaa..it's better to eat in local shop.

This place is on a ventilator. Needs to be revamped. (Centralised AC, bill machine and card machine were not working) Very poor ambience and taste was not upto the mark. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

We all love Pizza and that's a universal fact. I enjoyed my Pizzas here and the ambience was also very nice. Staff was really friendly and also helped us with the menu. Do visit here if you want to taste authentic pizza in Udaipur.

Visited today with family in the evening, first impression was just fine, only two staff where presented on the floor to taking order and serve. Where we sit there was used glass on the table and the order taker don’t even bother to remove and offer water. Luckily we where carrying our own water bottle. Food was ok but very slow service. I think the company reducing staff and trying to make more money.

Yaa food was awesome, BT due to less staff the service was slow. The new manager raunak apologized and that was sweet. Hope next visit will be better... I have posted pic of my son waiting for his Pizza the wait time was half n hour
