Biryani
has
never
been
a
forte
of
Udaipur.
But
times
change
and
along
the
line
comes
a
joint
or
two
who
are
master
of
one
and
not
jack
of
all
trades!
Biryanified
is
one
such
venture.
Doing
only
Biryanis
and
as
true
you
can
get
to
biryani
in
this
part
of
Rajasthan.
My
order
of
the
night
was
3
full
size
Chicken
Dum
Biryani
with
a
hint
of
achari
in
the
taste.
The
rice
was
proper
Basmati
and
well
steamed
with
every
rice
grain
apart
with
water
well
absorbed.
A
signature
characteristic
of
a
well
done
Biryani.
The
chicken
meat
had
ample
masala
more
suited
to
the
Rajasthani
tongue.
Sprinkled
with
glazed
Onions
and
mint
and
accompanied
by
a
minty
Raita,
this
Biryanis
will
satiate
any
Non-vegetarian
Biryani
lover.
Loaded
with
medium
to
big
size
Chicken
chunks
one
full
size
is
enough
for
one.
There's
not
yet
a
dine
in
version,
only
takeaway
and
delivery
for
the
time
being.
Coupled
with
the
humble
and
timely
service,
Biryanified
will
not
disappoint
anyone
with
a
little
sense
of
Biryani!
I
am
going
with
4
out
of
5,
not
legendary
but
nonetheless
great
for
these
parts!
