Good property to visit as I have stayed at most of Udaipur's and hence compared to that it's okay. Lucky us that we got an upgrade on rooms and it's was big and comfortable as had garden view. Though staffs are good and helpful. They also have a swimming pool and breathe taking rooftop bar. Though the food was expensive and not of good taste. Rest it's fine if looking for cheap options but can visit other good properties then this.

Very gud place, Excellent service, Cooperative staff, Food at prizm yummy.... All over perfect hotel. I enjoyed alot thera. Pool was also gud. Neat n clean hotel.

Drawbacks: 1) most of the service staff seemed to be confused - you ask something, they give some other thing 2) bucket and mug are not provided in the bathrooms - you have to ask for them. I asked them: most of your guests are Indians, and most Indians require bucket and mug for taking bath. Their answer was: we have limited stock of buckets and mugs! I felt that it was a wrong management policy 3) I requested them to change my room the next day, after I went out. They shifted my things and upgraded my room. But, they left the AC and lights on. It is such a waste of non-renewable energy! Positive points: 1) breakfast spread was satisfactory in the buffet

Good hospitality by name But service is very poor, staff is not Co operative, pool not clear, room are dirty, restaurant service and food not good. If you have no other option then stay here. Thanks

Best place for team party. Space for parking, seperate gates for entry and exit. Large garden area, open space for walking also there. Reception desk available.

Breakfast is not good in taste and needs to improve quality. Suzi Upma was half cooked and looked liked sticky paste, chhole and paratha was also not prepared properly. Should add more options in breakfast. I had stayed few years back in same property and that time food and stay was superb. But it seems gradually there is degradation in food quality.

The fern is an obviously famous and reputed brand. It has a good footprint in the hospitality industry. Everything is good. But the overall feel is a bit low. Feel that it required renovation OR its older. My room's toilet door hook is broken. Toilet seat cover loose. Towels are normal. The expectations will be high as the rates are such. It appears overpriced. The location is beside the overbridge so I feel shadowed. Have to take a sharp turn OR a bit wrong side drive. Breakfast was good, varieties were there. But feel that breakfast + one meal will be a good gesture as the rates are such. But yes the overall experience is satisfying. It will be five stars with some price reduction and addition of one meal along with some maintenance. Enjoyed the stay. Thanks to The Fern Udaipur.

This is excellent hotel, no words to desribe.Food quality, room service, staff behaviour etc found to be excellent. Staff are v polite, humble & co-operative. Mr. Bhanvarbhai, Mr.Nileshbhai, Mr.Jay Prakash,Mr. Shubham( Security officer) provided excellent services at all time.I definitely recommend others to visit once. Good business hotel easily accessible from airport. But suffers from typical challenges of a 3 star hotel like but jammed shower heads etc. But overall decent place.... Good breakfast spread favouring Gujarati cuisine....

Really terrible stay. Rooms were not clean. 210 was pathetic. Bathtub was leaking. Price were hefty. Breakfast was terrible. Service was slow. Staff was good. Rest everything was not worth the money!

On outskirts, but very good rooms, bath area and amenities. Decent open area and huge and posh lobby area, Pool is nice and restaurant is decent. House keeping and service average, food menu limited and overpriced, and only veg.

Good decent hotel. Staff courteous, helpful. Rooms and food could have been better. We had 2 nights stay, but food spread was almost same. Live counter had same menu of papdi chat for both days. Should have more different varieties.

Food - Pathetic food and service in the restaurant. There was a fly in my drink. Regular Bisleri bottle is charged @250% of MRP. There was 1+1 offer on Pizza at the restaurant which was promoted at multiple points at the hotel but when we ordered it, they said that their Oven is broken. So we ordered Pasta which the worst Pasta we ever ate. Room - I asked them to provide double bed room while checking in but they provided a room with twin beds. Washroom - Not properly designed. Very congested.

Used their banquet for one of our dealer meeting, I thoroughly appreciate it. The way the staff treated us especially Mr. Ankit Singh, was a very good gesture. Will definitely recommend their services.

A good business traveller friendly budget hotel. Rooms are a bit on the smaller size. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade. As would overall cleanliness. Inspite of my observations, this hotel is value for money.

Very disgusting place toilet have no water, no water in shower. Bathroom is looking like no body clean since one week. Room floors same thing nobody clean since while. I have hotel business as well but its very disappointed. Please don’t waste money if you planning with families and couples i personally not recommend this place. Thanks

Nice place to stay, infrastructure is good, staff is so humble and professional. All the basic facilities are provided in room. Ans especially breakfast was so nice there are so many options available. Restaurant staff is so attentive.

This has been the worst experience of The Fern. I booked the hotel because of the experience I had in Ahmedabad and it’s a 4 star rated hotel. But this was below 3 star. Breakfast option - Few. Staff serving do not care. They do not have house keeping staff after 6PM. They do not respond to phone call. I have so many things to write but it’s of no use. People who book looking at the stars please don’t book this hotel at least in Udaipur. That I am 100% sure of.

Good hotel with all basic amenities and staff are very polite, attentive and responsible too. Competitively room size are very small in this range, good if you are single occupant and will be little mess if stayed as two. Also ready room size is very very small and not properly organised during design. Food was also very average and it's a veg restaurant with egg dishes. Items in the menu is very limited and will not great place for food lover. Good thing is there open restaurant at night. Have vast parking space. Good place to stay for day or two as a business trip.

Good hotel to stay with family. Location was good.Staff was very helpful. Front dest lady was very helpful. Food was absolute. Service was very fast. Room are good. They need to clean more. Only one problem is that rooms are swatting a lot. Whenever i came at room need to call for air freshener. Hotel need to work on it. Rest everything was good. We can not say perfect but good for family.

We visited the restaurant of the hotel. This roof top restaurant has a great ambience and the view of areas around it is really good. Although the food was served fresh, we felt the prices were on the higher side. It is a good place when you want to have quiet chats and enjoy a cricket match. The menu was sent on mobile to avoid the contact which I feel is a good amd clean thing.

Stayed in the hotel recently, very good experience, moderate size of room with all basic amenities. Buffet breakfast quality and variety is also good. Hotel is also having pool, but same was not informed during check-in, complete information about facilities should be provided to guests during check-in or available in room.
