i stayed at this hotel on my trip to Udaipur. The hotel does not justify the price it charges from the visitors. No toiletries were offered. The management was rude, hostile and uncourteous. Food is super expensive. They don't even pick your call. What they are more concerned about is charging you as much as they can. There are so many good hotels nearby with better amenities and services at a reasonable price so don't waste your time here. Better book your stay somewhere else and save your time and money. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I think, if not, one of the worse hotels i have stayed in my life. Filthy bathroom, dirty room in general however very friendly and helpful staff (2nd stars is for the staff). Location is great if you need to wait for your train (like we did) which is just across the road and don't need to spend overnight time in the hotel but just as a temporary solution to grab a quick shower and wait in an airconditioned room. The location on the other side of the hotel, actual main entry, looks to be the slumps of New Delhi. I would not dare to walk at night in that neighborhood.

In a hotel area rampant with theft, my stay turned into a nightmare. Despite assurances of safe parking, the reality was different—open parking led to a break-in right before I parked my car. Adding to the distress, a family member witnessed a phone theft near the entrance. Seeking help from the hotel reception only resulted in a disappointing response: "Make your own arrangements.

Hotel location is prime but the reception during the night shift is not professional and friendly. My check in was without a smile and like an obligation to me. During the day time the fellows at reception are good enough and friendly. The room was clean but the washroom accessories were having issues which were resolved by day time staff. I am sorry to say since morning we were calling the housekeeping as well as to reception for the water issues in the washroom but none has come to attend. This created the negativity in our mind.

Stay at Le Roi, Udaipur was pleasant. It is located just opposite to the railway station (platform 1). Rooms are good. Lobby in each floor has ironing facility and tea/coffee dispenser. Hotel has a restaurant and bar. There is a scope of improvement in the quality of meals provided by the restaurant further All the items mentioned in the menu were not available. Professional staff and excellent room service. Had a comfortable stay.

It's located at the udaipur railway station, people who have to commute from the railway station, very comfortable and convenient for them, rooms have been neat and clean, although not the washroom. The restaurant is also available with some good food, also a bar is there.

Not the first time i have stayed in a Le Roi group hotel. Same advantages, same disadvantages, as i observed while in Hardwar 3/4 years back. Proximity to Rly station is it's biggest strength. Badly planned toilet is it's worst face. Poorly staffed, not many visitors, are indications of a badly managed hotel. At Rs 3000 about ( i forget) per night, i should have put in more efforts in locating a better choice.

Worse hotel to stay. Zero hospitality. If you are reaching early they will never give you a room and will ask for extra money for the early check in. I had reached today around 7am and it’s 9 am still haven’t got the room. Don’t book them if you reach early. Also there’s train noise which effects your sleep as it’s right at the station. Plus the staff is very uncooperative. Will never book this property again.

Only good thing about Le Roi, Udaipur is their hospitality. It's pathetic in terms of room cleanliness even worse wrt it's location. It's right in front of railway station and doesn't even have it's own parking. 24*7 you will hear train whistles and car horns making it impossible to sleep/ rest. Would not recommend this to anyone.

My recent stay at Le Roi surpassed all expectations, delivering an exemplary experience that truly embodied its value. The rooms were in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The food served was exceptional, meeting my highest expectations, and special thanks to Mr. Rajesh for his impeccable handling of the culinary delights. The staff here were disciplined and remarkably helpful, making our stay effortless. In summary, worth every penny. I wholeheartedly recommend Le Roi to anyone seeking an enjoyable stay. My sincere gratitude to the entire team for their exceptional efforts, and I eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

The service of this hotel is totally 00 they don't have even dryer, no slippers even they mentioned in their amenities. The quality of room is very poor don't book please

Room cleaning staff thrown the idol of baby krishna wrapped in paper in dustbin while cleaning the room which was kept on table and when asked the hotel in-charge to check and asked the staff to check garbage firstly they asked us to wait till10:00 am and later when we asked for it they told us to wait for some more time ,later one staff member came and said they didn't found anything in garbage bag and the garbage has been disposed by them in the morning only . I dint understand if the garbage was disposed then why they asked us wait till 10:00. So disappointed by the staff behaviour and the efforts which they put to figure out the problem was pathetic.

Location of the hotel is best for travellers arriving departing through train. An excellent hotel with good amenities, ambience and services. Rooms are provided with good quality of neat and clean furniture, bed. Bathrooms are not so large but sufficient .

One of the worst hotel ever visited during the travel, Rooms are compact,Washroom were not clean also were congested (Hand-water flush were leaking), One of the worst food quality, just i can say if you eat the food you will definitely get food poisoning because they are providing food with live worms present inside that food. Waste of money for the stay.

Good thing is they’re close to the station. However they have terrible food , it seemed no effort was made to cook it properly . We had to return it though we were still charged for it . Reception was prompt and polite but staff attitude was laid back. Room has no kettle for warm water or to make coffee/tea.

Hotel location is best for travellers arriving from train. I booked via Make my trip for 2days - prior & present day because my arrival was early 4:00AM but despite having booking for previous & present day Hotel receptionist refuse to give me room and gave room to those who paid him cash. After calling makemytrip support & waiting till 5:00 AM I got room whose shower was not working and my room was changed at 12:00PM by another receptionist & it spoiled my travel vacation unfortunately whose toilet flush was not working as well and was change again later in night. During my stay of 1night and 2days I had to change room twice and spent ample time in changing room instead of touring the city. Maintenance & other receptionist was good but Night receptionist was rude to all even when a old guest complained to him, why a helper is not available to carry there luggage. He shouted at them that it's not his work.

The best thing about this hotel is being in the railway station campus. So if you are traveling to Udaipur by train, it is a decent option. Although if you are visiting Udaipur for tourism purpose, stay in a resort/hotel adjacent to Lake or near the hills.

Nice and spacious room and bathroom. Lady receptionist is very rude and unwelcoming. We asked her if we can get someone to pick up our luggage from the car, she said a quick no and smirked when I asked what? But a kind watchman helped us out. The housekeeping staff are nice. Breakfast is good. Location is noisy. Be ready to hear train sounds at right as it is located right next to the railway station and opposite to slums. Also the wifi system needs to be reviewed. We cannot ask for a wifi credential (and for each guest) every time.

Loved the overall experience of stay for 2days. Just opposite the udaipur railway station. Service is best. Rooms are also big enough and well maintained with cleanliness and hygiene. All qualities of 4 star hotel.
