I want to give 0 star to service Hotel room is good but service is 0 Even you didn't get towel in 5 min. For towel u have to wait atleast 45 min ONLY. Staff is also not so good they think only they are doing great but the fact is that they are doing nothing. Pool area has 0 towel & even your room has 1 towel for 2 nights.

The hotel is not at all a 4 star property. Almost everything was non functional. The TV was not working, the showers were not functioning, we even heard people saying that ACs are not working in some rooms, the towels were dirty, bedsheets were dirty, rooms were dirty. The staff was almost of no use apart from the person sitting on the reception. You cant ask them for water bottle after 10PM and extra spoon after 10 PM as their kitchen is closed after 10 PM, I was fail to understand the logic behind this. The only good thing about this Hotel was its location although it was narrow escape but every tourist destination was just 18-20min away. I wont recommend this to anyone.

I really like the hotel at one go. The price and the facilities were eye-catching. The staffs are cooperative but the main thing is missing which is hygiene, this was very poor. They are using used water bottle and filled with RO water, which is too smelly and if you asked for fresh bottle they will charge 60 rupees for 20 rupees bottle. In summer, when water is the most priority for everyone they are cheating with customers.

Worst ever experiencing in any hotel.. No sefty, I checked in in morning at 5, all doors were open but no one there on reception to check me in ... I asked by shouting but no one came to check me in... Although my colluge already checked in so i was aware about the room. But there is a big sefty issue Aside this, talk about breakfast, they used Baasi Coconut chutney, no healthy breakfast there... About swimming Pool, if any corporate person comes after eve 6.30 then pool is closed .. they charging high but no facilty at all.. I personally recommend dnt ever book Hotel Q.....

This was my worst ever experience of my life in hotels, never suggest anybody to this hotel, they don't have any courtesy to handle the staff and providing the service. I have taken meal plan, as they don't have guest, so they are suggesting me limited menu that I have to take, breakfast is very worst tasteless, room cleaning is also not good, rooms seems to be unpainted and in very dilapidated condition, completely waste of time and money. I reached early, and they had rooms vacate still they charge me 600 for early check in and the amount I have paid for 4 days 3 night was completely useless, as not get any proper service. I request not to opt for this hotel, I think oyo rooms are better than this. Thanks

It was kind of night mare staying at this hotel ..the manager Deepak was absolutely non cooperative..I had a corporate booking and they kept me waiting till odd hours at reception without even asking water .said can't allow before 12 ..than they said to speak to senior ..after lot talks they said pay 1500 more than they will allow . breakfast also was not included..after lot of talks and request they said pay advance 1500 than they gave me room keys.. attitude of management and manage is worst .sack him immediately

We stayed at the Q Hotel for two nights recently. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and hygienic. The location was also very convenient for accessing points across Udaipur. Special thanks to Priya at the front desk who was super helpful in planning our sightseeing itinerary and check-out procedures. The restaurant was also decent with polite staff and good food. Overall we had a very lovely stay and would recommend this place to all.

Absolutely loved everything about hotel Location Service Staff behaviour Cleanness You have everything nearby to location. All sightseeings arehardly in 4-6 km of the range . Housekeeping or room service was very quick . Staff was so friendly and helpful . I must admire their patience and support with a very naughty kid . Really loved service of Manoj and his team specifically Jignesha and mange Lal. Hope to be back soo for longer period of time for such outstanding experience .

I had a good stay at Zone Connect by The Park, in December 2023. The decor and ambience was really colourful and quirky, sitting by the poolside and enjoying a cuppa was lovely! The rooms were clean and well provided for, I would recommend adding another chair near the desk for working purposes. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The food was good too, dinners were hearty and homely. The one drawback for me was that it's completely vegetarian, don't even offer eggs for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay at Zone and would recommend it to other travellers for a comfortable, hygienic and friendly experience. One huge plus was the great quality of the wi fi, since I was on a work trip. Very often hotels have terrible wifi but this was not the case here.

if you want to stay between the residential area then this hotel is the perfect stay in udaipur because it’s budget friendly, staff is also good and you will get amenities like pool etc.

My stay at Hotel Q is ok ok but not so good. My rating- Neatness- 4/5 ( washroom can be more clean) Food- 2/5 (they serve cold & tasteless breakfast in very bad condition) Service-4/5 Facilities- 3/5 ( no proper shower) Reception- 4/5 Overall- 3/5

The hotel was good and the staff was also very helpful. Although there may occur electricity supply isssue due to power cut from substation. But they have their own ups- inverter to maintain the continue supply. The pool was amazing.

One of the best hotel in udaipur with affordable rates. I must say to once stay here. Their instant services are excellent. Their behavior is superb and the hotel rooms are also very good. Overall 5* to banta hai boss. I would love to stay here again when I plan udaipur trip.

Poor services ever for 1 hr early checkin they asked 1500 price . totally unable to understand . Staff and reception was not corpretive at all . Dont go if you are with family and couple

Nice rooms, maybe little maintenance is required in the washrooms, we stayed in the suite, it was spacious with a jacuzzi, food was alright at the restaurant, they promptly provide jain food for breakfast as well as lunch, location is little away from old city but near by celebration mall and sahelio ki baari, surely value for money!

The staff is very laid back and lazy. The food menu is very limited, though the taste is okay. Don't book dinner with the room as the price isn't worth the food provided. Rooms are average but aren't well ventilated.

It is not a 4 star hotel and is equivalent to 4 star is what the hotel manager says. Hotel is shabby and shady.. not at all recommended with family hot water has timings.. in dine has timings… only veg food served in restaurant Manager is rude to the core and is only worried about money and not customer service Rest staff were good. This one star is only for the staff rest if given an option I would have rated negative for ambience and behaviour of manager

It's a 4 Star hotel but you will not get a 1 Star service. Water heater is not working allday, there are few hours in a day when you get warm water. Hardly 3 hours in a day you get warm water. Freeze was not available when we visited our room. Toothbrush/Toothpaste was missing. A/C suddenly goes OFF during midnight at 4:00 AM, I don't know how this people is managing things. Last but not least, the charges are high and we bot getting a basic service.

Pathetic hotel service. Food is pathetic, they only serve veg not even eggs. The property was not maintain properly. Staff was so disgusted that the receptionist told us different thing.

Very good hotel to stay with family and friends. Central location of city, almost every famous points are nearby. Staff is so polite and professional, rooms are clean and specious with central AC and good quality mattress.
