The
room
was
perfect,
and
the
location
was
excellent.
But
the
room
service
was
terrible.
The
facilities
were
fantastic,
and
breakfast
had
a
variety
of
items.
I
loved
it
every
bit,
but
whenever
we
asked
for
toiletries,
towels,
and
dental
kits
on
the
first
day,
that
too,
we
had
to
ask
for,
and
it
was
never
provided
at
first;
even
after
calling
four
times,
we
received
whatever
we
asked
for
the
following
day.
If
the
staff
is
prompt,
all
is
fine,
but
they
are
too
slow
to
provide
services
when
required.
When
we
got
to
our
rooms,
the
TV
set
was
not
working,
and
a
technician
came
after
half
an
hour
to
fix
it,
and
we
missed
the
World
Cup
match’s
last
bit.
Make
sure
you
tell
them
in
reception
if
you
want
towels
changed
and
the
room
cleaned
because
without
us
telling
them
explicitly,
they
will
not
clean,
and
you
will
left
with
an
uncleaned
room
in
the
evening.
