You can view 360° degree views of Aravali Hills from Terrace of this hotel. Also rooms are very fine and staffs are very nice. Food is also delicious. Best place to stay & enjoy the scenic view of Aravali Hills and Udaipur City from this hotel.

The room was perfect, and the location was excellent. But the room service was terrible. The facilities were fantastic, and breakfast had a variety of items. I loved it every bit, but whenever we asked for toiletries, towels, and dental kits on the first day, that too, we had to ask for, and it was never provided at first; even after calling four times, we received whatever we asked for the following day. If the staff is prompt, all is fine, but they are too slow to provide services when required. When we got to our rooms, the TV set was not working, and a technician came after half an hour to fix it, and we missed the World Cup match’s last bit. Make sure you tell them in reception if you want towels changed and the room cleaned because without us telling them explicitly, they will not clean, and you will left with an uncleaned room in the evening.

A fantastic hotel to stay. Prices are affordable. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff behaviour is really good. Facilities are good. Superb location. We got complimentary breakfast and the food is very taste. Visiting places also near by the hotel. Overall my stay was superb in this hotel

This hotel should be This hotel is very bad in all aspects. Cleanliness must be informed to the management in advance to clean the room, otherwise it will remain as it is until you leave the hotel. There is nothing in the bathroom, even primitive means of hygiene. The restaurant staff eat from the special buffet for the guests. The remaining food is put back for the guests the next day, even the watermelon. The red was old from yesterday. The hands of the restaurant staff touched the guests’ food. The bottom line of this hotel is that I do not advise anyone to be a guest there, even if they are my enemies. in stars

While I didn't stay at Hotel Mumbai House, I've had the opportunity to visit for business purposes, particularly on the 4th floor. In the past, I've dined at their Flavours Restaurant. This hotel is strategically located in a prime tourist area, and I must say it left a positive impression on me. The building's structure and overall ambiance struck me as quite pleasant. Being a tall building, it offers excellent views from its heights. All in all, based on my observations, it appears to be a good hotel with a lot to offer.

I have not seen such worst service that Hotel Mumbai House Udaipur provides , one should never book this Hotel

Mumbai House Udaipur is very comfortable and Specially Food is best for everyone food test is awesome like Moong Dal Halwa, Gaajar ka Halwa, Chicken curry, fish curry and Veg food also awesome I give 10 out of 10 for cooking to Cook

Worst and extremely unhygienic rooms, no Ac working, no water heater working after requsting many times reception came and told till tomorrow will resolve issue but till 3 days no one came in cold temperature we got cold water in bathrooms also flush was leaking worst experience in this hotel

Not a good Hotel to opt for stay in udaipur, poor service from reception, Food was good, operator helped whenever required, Mirrors in washroom were broken and washroom flush was leaking.

Very poor management. I had face issue like cleaning satff entered in my room when i was not in hotel and my all stuff was in the room. When i complained it to the supervisor and owner they give me different and silly excuses. Although the food was good. Bit pricey Over all, can find better place than this hotel.

I had an amazing experience here . I and my family came here from Delhi for vacation. The general manager is very cooperative. He helped us a lot to make our trip more remember able one . He is super friendly and kind. The staff was good . Overall we had the best time here

A great stay option in your budget at Udaipur. The location is at the peak centre which has a good neighbourhood, calm environment, multiple food options and availability of transport. The house keeping staff is really good specially the short man who used to come whenever we want to clean and if we need help.

Worse place to stay. Food is pathetic and over costly.Rooms has mosquitoes, taps are broken. Room service is horrible. During my stay for two days, I have to call three times and have to wait half an hour just even for regular water bottle. If I have asked about bottled water it will reach in two minutes because they are charging 80₹ for packed water and which provides money and regular water does not need money. Even food takes an hour … Let come to food, tasteless, salt less as well as they don’t serve what is written in menu. Even they write exotic but nothing is there , cheapest version of food one can imagine, even road side stall is much better than there food. Parking : they do not have any parking place , you have to park on side of the road, or they will ask in mid night or early morning for your keys to shift for some another car. Even the simple sandwich which they wrote exotic sandwich blah blah just have tomato n cucumber which is also same regular size cost around 250. Imagine they don’t even use sandwich bread for that, just regular bread we eat at home. They are not even ready to accept their mistake. Do go there otherwise you will die just waiting for water to come.

The rooms are spacious and good. The location of the hotel is superb and it is very close (40 meters) to Sukhadia circle. However washroom needs maintenance. Restaurant has good food and good service (they make food as per instruction). Front desk is courteous. However hotel definitely need to pay attention to the pest control (I saw rats running around on the carpet on first floor).

Beautiful location, in the central locality. Polished, courteous, polite staff. Great menu offering both breakfast and dinner. Nice sit in at reception. Udaipur, Sukhadia circle is well known place so easily one of the best budget hotels.

booked 2 rooms on 27-28 dec 2021 i am not one to exaggerate but this hotel was very bad. There were cockroaches at floor,bathroom and water kettle, our bathroom hadn't been cleaned so the squat hole and shower curtains was very dirty.broken furniture. damp on the wall near bathroom. Property not maintained at all. Very old and smelly property from inside as experience in three rooms of hotel I.e. 304, 305 & 210. Service provided after 2 or more call. we paid for extra bed also but there was no space for it in room.When we pressed more, he showed mercy and changed a room to put an extra bed. reported everything to the hotel manager but she came with full excuese. very bad experience at high rated hotel dont stay here - ever while you are paying high terrif for the rooms on the name of a false class property. the management claim false 4 star status. Worst hotel experience so far.
