All the good reviews must be fake because the food was absolutely tasteless and disgusting. Even the maggi tasted like trash. I make better lemonade at home. No air conditioning because their AC is ancient and barely works. Lift is small and claustrophobic. They took 20 minutes to bring extra straws. Horrible food and service. If I could, I would give negative stars.

Good budget hotel. Service is fine and very near Lake Pichola. Autos will charge around rs 50 to rs 80 to take you to Lake Pichola which has all the main exciting places in Udaipur. Like City Palace and from inside City Palace you will get an amazing boat ride to the water island restaurant Jagmandir palace. From there in the evening you visit Lok Dharohar folk dance show which is truly amazing. Entry fee to Lok Dharohar Samroi bagh which near Tibetan market is rs 150, which highly recommended.

Management Team was the best example for great customer service, yes rooms are smaller however they do have a suite which is spacious with great ambience. The place is situated in the heart of the city, walkable distance from city old palace and other tourist destination. Also I would definitely like to thank Naval from housekeeping to take care everything with a smile on his face. Overall a great place with great customer service.

It is a good budgeted hotel near by railway station and bus station. Staff is very good and supportive.room was neat and clean with all facilities like, Tv, fridge,24 hour hot water etc.Location is best in the town just 5 min. From City palace and lake pichhola. Walking distance just 5 min. For Gulab bag and Vintage car museum.

Best service at very reasonable price. Manager is good and interesting person. We had breakfast over there, quality and taste was good and price was reasonable. Everything is nearby, railway station, bus station, city lake, vintage car ( only 200mt)and many other places.

We stayed here for two days last week and had quite an amazing time. Absolutely liked the behavior of the staff. They were super courteous and helpful - always smiling 😁 The rooms were neat and clean. The food was amazing too. Overall it was an incredible experience in an affordable price. Would love to visit again 💯

A very nice hotel as well as restaurant the prices are a bit overpriced but that's acceptable for the outstanding service they are providing. Today I tried their restaurant too, according to my opinion I think it's very nice their cuisine, ambience,proper location all add up to an excellent restaurant up there at the Padmini hotel. Special thanks to the staff of Padmini hotel who assisted us in every possible way as we were new in udaipur like laundry service. The best thing is they are a pure veg restaurant which makes it a good place for vegetarians it's air conditioned too. From all of their whole staff a very kind person was there named Ramlal he was very kind and helpful he also told us how to go to the different famous destinations of udaipur. This outstanding hotel deserves a five star. P.S if anyone read this thanks it was way too long :)

The restaurant is not good. Prices are too high, and food quality is low as roadside dhabha. Take take away food parcel are not recommended as they do fraud. They don't pack the same food for which you pay. Disappointed after discovering the fraud hotel did with me.

We tried their restaurant. Found it overhyped. The quality of food was average. And for the price, it was overpriced for sure. Service quality was excellent though. All in all found it to be a bad choice for our dinner.

This hotel service is worst. The reception counter staff is very talkative.he never let him down himself even he is wrong. The waiting room was charged when i reached early in hotel. A tinny room it was. Size of room is not so good in the charge taken by hotel. Old gysers. Not well working television,fridge was not woking after complaint no solution provided tiles of toilet wall was discoloured, hotel room pic is not exact which is shown in app. No worth of money. When i given rating the hotel manager called me to edit the rating low to high. First impression is last impression . and his first impression was dull.

Loved all the items we had during our visit for breakfast. Few items like Upma and parathas were very good.Ambience is also good with nice view of hills on the background. Location wise also very good, nearby you have the Gulab Bagh and Bird park, can spend some time roaming within.

Everything from service to food to ambience is pathetic. Staff is unprofessional. Air conditioning doesn't work at all. The staff doesn't care at all. They are busy talking on phone. Filthy, dirty and yuckiest place I have ever been to. The drivers would force you to eat here coz they get commission.the food is unbelievably horrible in taste. Dont believe the reviews that have been written for this place. Probably these are paid reviews.

The standard room is really good and ample space for 2 people. Special thumbs up for the staff Naval and Laxman Ji. Naval also helped us in cleaning our car inside out which was a helping gesture from his side. 5 star rating from my side...

Horrible food, you can play cricket with the rotis; they are very hard and durable. The vegetable curries are weird and too salty. The service is also poor, they would not serve until you starve to death. And not to forget, the prices are too high for no reason. We as tourists, were fleeced and made to suffer this unbearable trauma. We have decided not to eat from any restaurant in our lifetime.

Very small rooms either you can stay or your luggage not worth at all... Paying so much for such small rooms, they will say something while cheking in but while checkout they won't agree. Not at all recommended, though housekeeping behaviour was nice but reception counter they are different don't respect their own words...

They say one price at the time of check in and at the check out time they give us higher amt bill. I had booked hotel by telling them to include all taxes in rate but they added taxes and refuse to stay on their words.Manager was very rude. House keeping staff is very good

An amazing ambiance with good service Padmini restaurant has it all. Our server was Ram Lal and we ordered to have lacha parath, kulcha paratha and garlic naan with chole bhature. The overall total was rupees 831 for food the served 2 people. Overall a great experience !

The food was stale... In some dishes salt was over loaded... N in some slat was not even present... In breakfast idlies were stale..... I can actually smell how long it's been stale... Over all worst except in food n services.... Just the prices are hiped... Overall foods not worth the money.... Who the hell on earth will pay 45 bucks for black tea... Arey they actually importing tea leaves direct from asam.... My suggestion not to visit again....!!!!
