WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My family booked a room at this hotel, but during my absence, someone smoked a bidi/cigarette in my room. The hotel staff initially denied this and suggested that cleaning the room would remove the smell. After repeatedly requesting a room change, they finally accommodated our request. However, during check-out, the hotel staff accused us of stealing their mug. Despite having paid over 14k for the rooms, we were falsely accused of stealing a mug. If this is how the hotel treats its customers, it might be best for them to shut down their business.

The hotel room was clean good but ac was not working. I booked through make my trip. I asked for compensation for the non working ac at checkout. But they refused any sort of refund. Offered me a 70 Rs refund in room food charges even when the room i booked costed Rs 3700+. Update: Your reply seems to make people believe that we were adamant on getting full refund after getting full service. That wasn't the case. We asked for a partial refund of 20% as one of the biggest feature of the room was not working through out the night till the noon when we checked out. There wasn't even a ceiling fan because it's a luxurious hotel, that's why ac not working is such a big problem. So don't make it sound like something it wasn't. Have the guts to apologise for your mistake and admit the full facts, you should have compensated us even if it was a technical issue, because it's your technical issue and not ours. If there was even a minor issue with our payment you would have created a major issue, so we are just using the same logic but only for a major failure in service on your side.

I would give 1star for this hotel because of m worst experience . I stayed 3 nights at this hotel . I reserved deluxe room with bathtub. First day there was no hot water and Servive team gave excuse that machine has some difficulty. Second day same issue no hot water. And service team gave me option to take a balti to take a shower. Who can pay 4500 rs a night to take a shower through a bucket. Again the next day same issue and I was really angry and then they arranged hot water in 10 minutes so basically they r turning off geyser while not in use by customer. And then they r giving excuses like you have to turn tap on left side for hot water. Really that we r stupid ?? Also they gave us excuse they hot water is only to warm your body otherwise you can take a shower with cold water. Why we r paying this much money if we just have to adjust in hotel as well. This was my worst experience in udaipur. If u r going for any special occasion pls do not select this hotel. Also from make my trip this room charges is 3500 rs maximum but when we reached at hotel without online booking they charged 4500 rs a day. So basically they riped us because we reached without booking and with a kid . Worst experience. Not supportive service team. And if you want to take a shower with bucket then most welcome .

Very poor experience. Don’t go by reviews. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR A FAMILY STAY. They have ruin our holidays. Checkin into hotel room was a problem. Then could offer cold water for bathing as water heaters were apparently not working. THEY ARE NO WHERE NEAR 3 Star HOTEL.

I welcome all the guests coming from outside. As a driver, I plead with folded hands to the visiting guests.Your driver brings you thousands of kilometers safely and does not allow him to stop here.Do not book such a lift because these people do not provide the facility for the drivers to stop. There are no facilities in this hotel. That is why you must ask them once while booking, what is the facility for our driver?There is no facility for driver in this hotel so where will the driver go?

The rooms were very dirty. After flagging this, they showed us the rooms from the better category, but those were even more dirty. I cannot recommend staying here.

We were in two minds when we had to book this hotel as it is a 3 star rated property. But after checkout we were pleased to have a wonderful stay here. The first advantage is the location. Situated in the centre it is well connected from both Old Udaipur and Fateh Sagar lake Considering a 3 star rated property the services are really good. Breakfast was delicious and hygienic. Overall we had nothing to complain and would recommend this to some one who wants to cut down on costs and spend some quality time in Udaipur !!

Hotel property is good, rooms are spacious and we'll maintained however the services are poor staffs are untrained, rude. If you order something they will treat you like they are feeding you for free. Front desk & room service require immediate attention Food options are limited yet good. Basement Parking available.

Perfect hotel to stay in Udaipur. Just one thing to keep in mind, it's bit far from old Udaipur city markets and lakes. So if you are thinking like walking from hotel to the market or to the lake, you cannot and need an auto rickshaw for that. Apart from that, it's in a peaceful place and neat and clean hotel. You will love your stay here.

Nice hotel The only thing I did not link about the hotel was, the food. The food quality was not good. In the breakfast also, they did not have many options. Otherwise the hotel was good, the staff was quite courteous, locality is good.

Stayed here for 3 days, It was comfortable stay, big & clean rooms, polite staff, well connected with all famous tourist places. Food is also good. Only 1 issue... Tea was always horrible. It is very irritating when you pay 100rs +taxes for 1 cup of tea and your tea is not even smells like tea.

One of the best hotel to stay in Udaipur. I checked in this hotel on 3rd October and I was very late to reach their i.e 2am to checkin due to my cab, the reception person at night seems to be irritated and said your are 4hrs late but as I didn’t do it intentionally and they have to stay awake till late due to me so I will ignore that point. Morning staff was so humble. Very large rooms, cleanliness on point, excellent service by staff. In breakfast so many options that too unique on each day with such a good tasty food. Highly recommend, go without a second doubt!

Booked super luxury room for 3 days. Rooms are very much spacious. Affordable price as compared to other hotels, newly constructed hotel. Walkable distance from Sukhadia circle. Food is bit expensive but delicious. Will suggest to access near by food court. Overall great stay experience. Policies are bit strict, did not give complimentary water bottle on checkout day.

Clean and nice rooms, good hospitality, Should not hesitate to book this three start property if staying in Udaipur. Breakfast offered was also tasty n they had variety.

Within the vicinity of city center. It is located on the way from Airport road to Fateh Sagar Lake. Underground parking available. Spacious rooms with carpet flooring. You will be able to find the public transport just outside of the hotel gate.

I stayed 6 nights at this property. Upon entering I was greeted by Vinod. Amazing personality, always helpful and very friendly. His charisma adds immense value to the property. Please recognize his talent. Next I would like to recognize Piyush, from dinning section. Great person, good personality and very helpful again please appreciate such greatness. Overall I had good interaction with all the staff. They were all positive and helpful. Rooms size is good. Some fixtures need replacing. My only concern is cleanlines. It could be better. Even if the property is old, if the cleaning is good customers will recognize and appreciate. A few bedsheets with holes should be replaced. It creates a bad image of the hotel. Dinning tables should be throughly cleaned. Can see grease spots on the table top. Some issues with mosquitos as well. These are issues that can be addressed if you want to. Next offer guest complimentary toothbrush, paste or shaving kit. I forgot my toothpaste. Don't create a uncomfortable scanario over such small things. Food at the restaurant is good. I had most of my meals in the restaurant. Enjoyed that it's pure veg. Good cook who prepared nice food. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all tasted good to me. Didn't feel I needed to go out for food. Overall it was a good positive stay. Some issues can be easily remedied. Appreciate the GM for his kindness on my last day. Six days flew by fast. Thank You!

Excellent service, rooms are very spacious and well cleaned. Perfect location, food was good in taste, staff is very cooperative and polite. No negative point. Best place to stay in Udaypur. We will look forward to visit again.
