Thse hotel is little bit outside the main old city.it is very clean rooms and a frendly and helpfull staff the hotel here have lift and ful fledge servicing hotel and they aslo provide bike rent and car rental service to there guest at affordable prices

First of all it should not be a 3 star hotel, they did not have even basic amentias. Idk who has given 3 star status to this hotel. Here is the detailed review of this hotel. 1. Curtains and chair were full of dust, seem they had not been dusted in a while. 2. There were mosquitos in the room and no mosquito repellent was provided. 3. Wash room flush was not working well and we had to literally fill the bucket with water and flush out and I think, that is why bathroom smelt like hell and surprisingly no bathroom freshener was there. 4. Pillows cover were dirty and bedsheets had stains on it. 5. Glass partition in bathroom looked like will collapse if you just touch it. 6. Lift button was so hard that we have to hit hard multiple times to call the lift on the floor. 7. There was no WiFi signal in the room, despite the fact that the hotel advertised free WiFi but there was a signal from a neighboring hotel. LOL 8. Frequent power cuts 9. No complimentary water bottles' were provided instead drinking water was given in jugs and do not forgot their claim of 3star hotel. 10. Outside food was not allowed and if you order from hotel then they take almost 2 hours to deliver it. 11. Only the best part was the location. In short, not so good experience with this hotel.

The rooms were good, and the hotel location is awesome. All the attractions of Udaipur city can be reached very easily via autos and the bus stand and railway station are also very nearby. The bus stand road which is 5 min walk from this hotel, is a happening place with loads of restaurants. The in house restaurant is also very good and serves quality food. The terrace and room lobbies have a great view. The parking is available and is in open space. The hotel staff helps to plan your local sightseeing and travel. Must stay.

I stayed in this hotel on the month of November, staff was very co-operative, hotel was clean and also rooms are big. I opted for breakfast included stay but the problem was there are no all options are avalaible for breakfast 50% of to breakfast option are not available . overall good experience excluding breakfast.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Royal Palm and overall, my experience was positive. We stayed here for 2 nights. 1. We were so impressed with the selection of food and drinks, and everything was superb. The ease in the whole process was really wonderful, from inquiring on availability all the way through to the meal and wrap-up. I can't recommend them highly enough; it was just amazing! Really do try this restaurant, and the hotel, as you will not be disappointed!

It's always an awesome experience whenever visited this place. Their hospitality is so good. They maintain good hygiene. Staff is so co- operative. They are also conscious Abt the look of restaurant. Always prefer 1st than other restaurant from my point of view they would get 10 out of 10.

Mr. Niraj Mittal the owner of the hotel is welcoming demeanor and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.  Exploring Udaipur's beauty with the assistance of their well-planned itineraries and knowledgeable guides made my trip even more memorable. The spacious terrace provided a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view in a tranquil setting. I often found myself relaxing there, taking in the surroundings and the soothing ambiance. We had such a fantastic stay! This team went above and beyond to keep us cozy and comfortable! The in room kitchen made traveling with kids 100 times easier than normal. A very good budget hotel at an attractive price and also this is near to Bus stop. The food is some of the best...fresh, tasty and so many different courses. The staff is there when you need them but never, ever obvious....very discreet. Go get your self a holiday. Thanks to the excellent service. :)

Rooms are not even sweeped, bed spreads were very dirty. Bathroom also unclean. I booked deluxe room and they forced me to take super deluxe and charged extra 300 . I'm giving 2 star for for hot water they provided.. please don't choose royal palm

People are very good. Hospitality is great. Food is good. (100% veg restaurant with no onion garlic options too) Safe for a single woman traveller. (Though near by area is not that great, if one goes down to fetch something) Cleanliness - sheets, washroom - is average.

I stayed there for 1 day with family. The location is very good as it's walking from Udaipole bus stand. Rooms were clean as well as toilet. AC was working good. They have their own car that you can hire for local sightseeing. Price could be little less. Overall good experience.

I stayed here multiple times, hotel room and food both are admirable. Service and location is ok, you may face vehicle parking problem. Environment is quite peace ful and rates are very reasonable. You can book here without any second opinion.

On arriving we were greeted by a very friendly, efficient staff and we are soo pleased with the service we received. The hotel is nearby market and is in walkable distance from railway station. All over we had a comfortable stay and we enjoyed a lot.
