The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner menu is rather good and affordable. Although not directly in city centre the hotel is not far from it. The room is clean and spacious. Just some details to work on.

Hello everyone Please don’t book this hotel. Two bottles of beer disappeared from my room during the room clean i told the manager but he was rudely behaved. I asked to clean the swimming pool for last two days but no one cleaned the water and it seemed that if you swim in it you will get sick.

Great Hotel for stay in Udaipur with the only downside being it's located 8-10 Kms far from City Centre. In room dining is great and the buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Highly Recommended if the location suits your travel plan and mode because finding an Auto near this Hotel isn't easy.

Its located bit away from City and tourist spots. You'll get online can services though but if you're in a group of more than 4 then reserving a cab ahead is suggested... Only veg food is served but they're really tasty... Breakfast is pretty good... Overall it was a pleasant stay

We had a group of 265 staying there for a night on 27th oct.+to provide meals to 325 guests as per their preference.The entire show was managed by their team in the best possible manner.I will give them 11/10 for keeping our guests comfortable. Harsh jhaver Vandana Travels

Room service - visited reception twice and called them 3 times to get room freshner sprayed in my room as it had cigratte smell all over. Even for getting water, had to call them multiple times. Cleanliness - room filled with cigratte smell. Breakfast and food - good.

My all over experience is good 👍 But some little things disappointed me like intercom is not working television wires are not connected 😔 food is hygeine and taste is good room service is also good and on time . In last I have to say this that plzz check your all rooms that which room has which I hope that when I come again to your hotel you don't let me disappointed.......

Nice hotel in city, good ambiance but room required maintenance. Breakfast was very good. Location is also good, little bit uneasy for public transport.

Room service waa worst. Kindly check cleanliness in your room before check-in. In my room tv and toilet flush was not working. I stay there for two days but still checkout tv was not started. Also for flush reporting they didn't send person still night. Repairing person came when my wife personally visit reception.

We had the fortune to stay in this hotel from 15th sep 23 for 3 nights. We enjoyed the luxury of the prompt service and to top it all the food served. Superb quality at reasonable rates. This is a really beautiful hotel. Staff Ms seema is extremely caring, prompt, and respectful of all guests. Rooms were very clean and spacious; The best experience of our entire trip it is very large with the right fixtures and furniture that is apt for the name of the hotel Location is peaceful

Dirty room, bathroom condition also dirty. service to much bad, My room TV not working condition, but not resolved in short time. Hotel is also oldy. Not proper maintained. As per requirement Hot water not available. It is major issue in winter season. Swimming pool is good, but not facility for shower at pool site. Breakfast is good.

Amazing place to stay just 10 minutes away from the City palace. We stayed here for 2 nights with family and enjoyed a lot, The room is big with neat and clean bathroom, you will get a hair dryer also (in specific category), Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The swimming pool 🏊 was huge, well maintained and clean, There is a separate pool for kids. Cons: Dental kit not available. Overall experience was excellent, Will definitely visit again ❤️

This hotel looks classy from outside. But once you get in the room and stay is when you would experience discomfort. House keeping and room service staff are rude and hostile. Rooms were average sized. Hot water was not available. TV remote doesn't work. Food was something that I would really appreciate. Rest all are things we need to adjust with...

Pros - room cleanliness, courteous and helpful staff, swimming pool Cons - far from the city center, goofy and rusty door locks, the room was initially not cleaned but was cleaned once we asked willingly, the hot water wasn't available all the time. One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. It's very very lovely place & also nice staff..
