I had the worst experience while staying in this property with my friends We had booked 1 hall room (Room no. 206) with 1 double bed and 2 single bed for 3300/- but we had to change and adjust in a small room just because the water from AC was leaking. We asked so many times and requested to change our room with the same facilities but they were just saying we don't have room available even they had. They charged GST on the food which we ordered from another resturant and added that in our room bill and forcefully asked us to pay. The service was worst. Bedsheet was not clean they were not changed after the previous stay. After requesting many times they respond for the services Management was not good They don't inform customer about their extra charges, at the time of check out they asked to pay for irrelevant charges. If you are paying in cash, that's okay for them but if you are paying by card or UPI they added extra charges of it. Which is pathetic sence of business. Never ever stay in the hotel Bathroom was not clean The decided charge was to 4915/- I ended up paying 5503/-

Worst place...dont stay. They have 0 maintainace of their rooms. Cockroaches everywhere in bathroom and bed room.

Rooms were okaish but new although electrical equipments were faulty and complicated..just good enough for budget travellers

Anyone can take best offer from GOIBIBO. Good Hotel for Medium and Middle class Families. Sometimes rooms Availability is issue in season time. All type of Volet payment accepted here. Bad experience. They asked for 2 days hotel. I had done early checking that is 7 am they did not told me to checkout before 7 am. I have reached there at 9 am and they asked for 2 days hotel rent. They starts to threaten me.

Hotel rates are reasonable and affordable. Location is in city so all tourists spots are within 2-3km..Hotel staff was helpful. Only issue was with Wifi..it was bit slow.

Receptionist is rude after booking hotel. He is racist. At same price you will get rooms at lake sides. These guys also cheat you in booking cabs for site viewing.

Genuine Review: Rooms are nice as per price. Nice & Friendly Staff. Stayed here 2 nights and 3 days. This hotel is located in a peaceful location. Take scooter/bike for city exploration. Don't just stuck your life with Lake view thoughts. - Lake view locations aren't satisfying due to crowd and chaos.

We stayed here for 3D 2N during the nice weather of Feb. The location is just 2mins drive from udiapur railway stn. 1. The location was easy to reach just beside the main road leading up to railway stn. But it also lead to been a little noisy at times. It's around 3km from Lake pichola. You can easily reach major places in the city from here in mins.( But the local transport is a little expensive so suggest you get a scooty(300-350rs) to roam the city if travelling solo or in small group.) 2. The view of Karni Mata mandir and the adjoining palace walls was nice. 3. We took to double bed rooms. One was okay 2nd was a little small. Both were clean and had good windows for the view. Lighting and asthetic was nice 4. The bathroom has the geyser facility but the tap mechanism is little complex which many times get jammed up and does not close or some times even the cold water side gives hot water for 15-20 mins 5. The staff were humble, quick and helpful. They have wifi, lift, TV(and it works). They have 2 other hotels as well in different budget range in the same vicinity. This one being the medium budget one(2500rs for 2 rooms). It was good value for money staying here. But I would advise if you enjoy a nice rooftop view, get a place near the lake with rooftop view. Their are good dorms and hotels as well in the same budget near lakeside.

Nice hotel near railway station at walking distance better to book directly without any taxi wala bhaiya aur broker, early checkin also allowed nice hotel

Firstly, the manager there is a liar and doesn't know how to behave with the guests. Secondly, the mattresses in the rooms are not in good condition. Bathroom fittings aren't working properly. The door lock isn't working properly. He wanted Rs.500 extra from us. Very BAD experience.

Ok rooms .. the rooms are basic to normal.. but cheap.. the service is quick so no problem.. the hotel is near to the railway hub so makes a difference.. If you are on a budget choose this else better options available nearby.. we would suggest no family friendly .. but that's totally our view

Hotel is in a good location. You can see the railway station from the window. They have to keep the rooms neat and clean.

Very clean , affordable and near to Railway stn

I stayed for a day in this hotel. Morning I checked in and they gave me a room which was already occupied. Then the shifted me to another. The room cleanliness is poor. There was no water no glass and I repeatedly reminded them that there was no ac remote and blanket in the room. The carpets were full of dust and the bed was pretty bad condition. Overall I would like to give no star for the behaviour of the receptionist who treated us very badly.
