Guys don't go with the pics.. the hotel and the staff was pathetic.. 1. During checkin the manager - prateek .. denied to allot the rooms . I showed him the confirmation mail and payment details, still he was denying . Then I called Agoda customer care and after that he alloted me the rooms, total time and money waste. 2. The rooms were not clean.. there was a smell in the rooms . 3. They don't have specific place for housekeeping trolly.. for the whole day the trolly was kept infront of my room. 4. I went to the pool in the mrg, it was not refilled, mosquitoes in the pool, dirty water and the chairs were broken 5. The lobby was very dirty. 6. The staff along with manager was very rude and not at all cooperative. 7. There were other guests also which were suffering. 8. If u want to spoil ur vacation and spoil mood and money.. then here is the place.. Overall pathetic stay . Waste of money . Untrained staff . Dirty pool, rooms and lobby

Stay over here was lovely! I booked them beforehand and Ms Kiran in front desk made sure everything was smooth. The whole staff was very friendly, the rooms were neat, clean, spacious and adequately designed for all your needs. Highly recommended to anyone who visits Udaipurn

Amazing resort. Stay and relax. Great food. Great hospitality. Its a 3 star small resort near the airport. Nicely managed. Customized food available. Taxis available. Rooms are very clean. There is dance room, play area, restaurant, conference room etc. The view from terrace is nice. Good for small trip. It is away from the city. Calm and peaceful area.

Very poor service in food as well staff not understand customer requirements... we wait still more then 70 min but no one can serve a food as well water also.... I humble request people buy any offer from this property

firstly this is not a resort this is hotel..and staff service is very bed..and the food manager (suresh yadav) behaviour very Rude..they use very poor language to guest .. ..food manager suresh yadav not given proper service and when we complain they deny and dont accept their mistake..and also say lie and also complain at reception no one listening...very bed experience... this is not a 1 star hotel this is 0 star hotel ..

It's located on airport, almost in the entry of udaipur. It has a open parking with camera surveillance. It's a strict budget hotel which should be used only when utterly needed. Nothing much to offer Rooms were ok but washroom was not clean, which was brought to ok level after complaining.

Dt. 06/25/2022 I drive solo for Udaipur(RJ), for spending me time for 2days, little bit nervous w/ the place, people and atmosphere to adjust with, but, I met a few people, who just treated me as family..Moreover, I stay at VALLEY VIEW RESORT, their manager and staff were great, never be like, I'm alone in town and their services and maintenance(Inc. Food&Beverages, Rooms and custom facilities) about the resort was as compared to MARRIOTT. It was lovely stay over there, lucky to met you people and this credits goes to VALLEY VIEW RESORT. If you planning to go out, and looking for stay, I must preferred, HOTEL VALLEY VIEW..

Staff was super friendly and accommodating.Delicious food served fresh, Amazing location to chill and relax, The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and exuded an air of comfort, Comfortable and luxurious hostel with art work around that generates positive energy.

Rooms were so good in condition, the food was nice and also the waiters and servents there, especially Pragnesh Kumar was so much friendly to us

Over all stay of 20 days at the property was good. There are few improvements in the food that can b introduced. Staff was very courteous. Rooms a average but with good view.

We had a decent stay in this hotel away from the city crowd for 4 days. The rooms were clean, spacious and cozy. The staff was very efficient and hospitality was great. We had dinner and lunch few times which was very very delicious. Breakfast had few options but every item was fresh, hot and full of flavours. Absolutely recommended!!!!

Conveniently located at Udaipur, we had stayed there with entire extended family for a celebration. Stay was pleasant, enjoyable and value for money. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Gym, Spa, games room are other added amenities

I ever not seen this kind of misbehaviour with client who could come to you with an expectation of successful party. We organized a lunch at Valley view but we didn't find our order which decided one day ago with Organize Manager but on the event time, our menu was fully changed and when we talked to the organize Manager for this issue, he treated us so roughly which we didn't expect. Really so bad experience. Yes catring service was 👍

It was good. The housekeeping were mostly steady with the tasks. The buffet although could do better in terms of providing more options. Overall experience was fine.

I was there with my family and must say the hotel is exceptional in everything, the room was very clean, with new furniture, and the utilities were very good, very good ambience, especially for the Kids, food was very delicious and high quality in addition to the best element which is the staff and services. I love to repeat this visit again.

It nice place feel nice at stay room service and hospitality was good

Rooms were clean and good. near to highway so convenient for arrival. Service is very flow if you need the carry luggage to your room. Lift is very small and slow. Swimming is too smal ( ideal for 10 person maxl as compared to size of hotel.

Overall good, Cleaning is perfect, service are also perfect but food provided by them in breakfast and lunch was not upto date with season and cold. Male Washroom are also break near hall.

The Valley view resort & spa is justt wonderful !! The place is soo clean and nicely maintained that every person coming here will want to visit here again. Being situated in the lap of hills, the resort looks so glorious and at night, it appears like a palace !! Though it's a 4 star hotel, the facilities provided can be called as 5 star without a second thought. Gym and spa facility available and the food is very tasty. You will also get a wide range of food items here. Also a swimming pool is there and you can have your meal in the corridor sitting area where you will get a nice view of the brown hills !! The terrace is a place to enjoy and click photos as you can witness a captivating scenery here !! Also 2 large and decorated banquet halls are present and a conference room is there. The rooms are brightly litup with cozy beds, cupboard, locker, mini fridge and wonderful washrooms with bathtub. The resort is located at a very nice place in the city of Udaipur and all the amenities of a 5 star hotel can be found here. This place is a great place to stay while coming to visit the magnificent town of Udaipur with family and friends.

Have booked for a business trip for 3 friends.its a very good hotel resort with all luxury like 5 star hotel, but at comparatively affordable rates. We got a very good deal @ 3500 rs for 3 person with dinner and breakfast included. We got a room on third floor and it was a huge room with lovely interior. Food was awesome with many options. Swimming pool was there but had no time to use it. Must go for a family highly recommended.
