Staff is rude... Our A/C was automatically switched off @ 3.00 o'clock in the morning..we tried to contact staff..but nobody responded. Ultimately we didn't sleep well and also staff has asked us to pay full tariff...

Our room no was 313. Hotel owner was polite but hotel receptionist was very rude and dishonest because we ordered a cake from outside for celebration our Anniversary and we demand to receptionist for a match box for cake candles but the hotel staff not managed a single match box for cake candles. Overall our experience in hotel venkates was very horrible.

It was awesome experience, Staff is very helpful and food was also delicious 😋, room service is fast and spacious clean room. Mattress was bad cause backache.

The prices are not worth the service and quality of stay they have provided. It not that bad but if we consider it with respect to price, it can be a lot better. Food is really delicious. Location is at walking distance from railway station.

Very bad experience. We checked in on 01.10.2023 room no 308. We were given room which was closed for days and it was stinking. The mattress was so hollow that it was impossible to sleep. On complaining to the front desk the manager there was so arrogant that he said there's nothing he could do about it. Was not ready to provide another mattress or room and suggested us to check out from the hotel instead at night 10.30pm. So helplessly We asked them to atleast provide extra bed ( gaadi ) to be placed over the existing mattress. Pathetic service no respect for the guests. Please avoid the hotel.

Room Rent was very high in comparison to service. One night tariff was Rs 3000. But not providing even 01 bottle of water. Drink is Rs 170 outside which is just 03 min away from hotel , where as for room service they were charging @240 which is not justified.

Ill mannered staff, charged me extra by ruling out their own check out policy. The front desk executive misbehaved when I confronted for extra money being charged. Smelly rooms, they did not even bothered to change the bedsheet or clean the rooms.

Don't go with this slow service and any arjun guy here very bad talk when i said ur service is slow they blaim me and discuss with me totally bad experience we paid but they treat like we stay in free

Before 10 years I stayed at Hotel Vatsalya with my family so after so many years when my family members decided to visit Udaipur the only Hotel came into my mind ws this...The ambience of the hotel the staff the cleanliness of the rooms the services all I find is worth every penny..In near Future whenever vil visit Udaipur my top most choice of the stay will be Hotel Vatsalya...Thank u everyone for making our two days Udaipur trip memorable..

No electric kettle, no hand wash. Dishonest manager. If you are staying in this hotel, you must check the water purifier stationed at the top floor before drinking.

Overall service is very good. All the staffs are quick and well behaved. Service too is very good and up to the mark. I’d recommend everyone to plan their stay in this hotel.

Cooperative staff and management Good Rates Clean and spacious rooms we took an activa at 350 a day and explore udaipur tourist areas. enjoyed 2 day stay....

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay a single night but paid Rs, 2000/ advance whice was not repaid. Overall a horrible experience for two hours. Mayank verma

Please don't come here.🙏🙏. Behavior of all employees and owner is very messy. When I was given entry into the room, the sheets and the floor were very dirty, I told the hotel staff that my room was not clean, the servant said that he would change the sheets after 9 o'clock and clean the room. I asked the staff for a water bottle 4-5 times but no one took action. Next day when it was time for my check out, I complained at the reception that your service is not good. Reception man said (words). .. jor aarha h pese dene me..

Not happy with behaviour of "hotel staff" & their self rules. "The rooms were too small and messy they don't even change the bedsheets, the bedsheets were not clean"they dont even cleans the washrooms while check-in. Washrooms were so disgusting insects and it was too smelly. The used to abuse with their clients, the hotel receptionist is very rude they charge extra amount without informing to guest. I ordered food from their restaurant there was cockroach in dal when I called the manager he deny to change our food. All over its not a good hotel please guys don't visit this place in your life. Worst hotel of Udaipur. There was soo many webs in their rooms.

Right from the check-in till the check out, hotel staff lived up to expectations. Everything was good including Food, Ambience, view, service, hygiene, hospitality, cleanliness & value for money. Very near to railway station as well as city sightseeing.

Property is well maintained with very co-operative helpful and courteous staff..... Had a memorable stay with the family. All the rooms are very spacious....neat and clean... It's proximity to Railway station is additional advantage....

Rooms lacks basic cleanliness. Broken furniture and bad bed sheets. Difficult adjusting for travellers who are looking for good hotel experience. Appreciate the location and food. But requesting to look out for rooms cleanliness

Worst hotel. Worst service. Receptionists were rude. Handwash is filled with water. No basic bathroom things were provided. Ac was leaking. When asked for something the only reply was this is not in our policy. Don't waste your money.

Our room no was 311. Hotel owner was humble but hotel receptionist was very rude and dishonest. She gave bad review for this hotel but she typed hotel no 313 instead of 311 due to auto correction. Overall our experience for stay in this hotel was not good.

The rooms are not very clean and the staff is rude and lazy. The food was not good either. Their service is the worst.

Fraud Hotel. Staff is awful. There were bugs and cockroaches in the room too. And they cheat also. They took 500 rs for a ticket in Rajdhani travels to Mount Abu. When I asked the travellers they told the ticket costs only 350. Cheters.

The hotel is near to railway station and prices are affordable. But my experience with the staff and room wasHORRIBLE The TOILETS were NOT CLEAN. FLUSH buttons of almost every room we looked were BROKEN. Very UNHYGIENIC it looked. We had to request again and again to the staff for water. VENTILATION is extremely POOR. If someone is smoking in the lobby then you are definity going to PASSIVE SMOKE. Thirdly when we requesed to use the washroom after checking out (one of my friends had to change pad) but before leaving the hotel the receptionist started SHOUTING PUBLICLY at us creating a scene as if we had asked for anything. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE he was. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Please do not expect hospitality from this hotel.
