Reviews in the google seems to be fake. Thank god, I didn’t book. I went there to check the rooms, it’s not totally worth. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Rooms and bathroom were not clean and smelly.

Room: Rooms are not clean and smelly. Room size is very small. Not well maintained. Bathroom was very small and dirty. Telephone and wifi not working. Biggest joke was they were not having key of our room and still they alloted room to us. When asked for key they told that customer did not return key. We finally asked them to create duplicate key and by that time we just kept our room unlocked. Really unsafe. Location: Little bit outside of main city. 5-7 km from main city. Cleanliness: Really bad. Entire hotel is smelly. Seems they are not cleaning it property. Service: Worst. Manager and staff is not helpful. They just need money and don't want to provide any service. Not answering any calls and providing anything asked. Food: No restaurant. Even you will be not be able to outside food because of bad smell in room. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. Worst experience.

Very pathetic rooms and services.... They turned off the AC in winter and didn't said that AC are under maintenance while it was very cold... So they didn't allow us to turn on the AC to adjust room temperature for some time even after requsting.... Secvice is very poor because you have to tell them two to three times for anything... Bathrooms and bath fittings were soiled dirty and corroded.... Not Value for money and not recommended

Had a stay for about 12-18 hrs with friends at this hotel and it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There was no electricity, the generator also didn't work, the manager's response to the complaints were so vague and he didn't bother to entertain his guests well. Staff members just kept numb when the complaints were made and had next to no solutions at all. They also asked us to shift to another hotel at around 11:30PM, even this statement of the manager gave a very disappointing image of FabHotels chain. Would NOT recommend anyone to visit this hotel at all.

Very worst experience I visit here on 26th December 2023.. Guys do not book this property or Hotel the sunrise property the owner is the same Dhairendra.. If you book his hotel you people will regret it.. When i visit his flagship silver valley property they denied my booking which i have done from OYO app and this owner asked me to shift Hotel the sunrise property and it was worst worst rooms no tv, every wall was leaking, bathroom was so unclean untidy if i have compared the public toilet it is much better. Owner and staff people has another level of attitude.. Pls do not visit this property

TV not working, Bathroom very dirty and in very bad condition. Its flush and faucet not working. There is water seepage on the wall of room. Hotel Owner and its staffs have very rude behaviour.

Worst hotel ever. No electricity whole day no power back up. No wifi they wrote and they are not giving. TV also not working. AC is also leaking water. They also not solve things properly and also takes whole amount worst hotel ever seen.

The photos online are really deceiving, the actual location is remote, they dont serve food and there are no restaurants nearby. The place is smelly and nit clean. AC was not working and power failure occured frequently. The people are simple, good and kind hearted🥰

Had wonderful experience in Hotel Sunrise. The owners were really cool and friendly.The hotel was in good condition, room was neat and clean. The hotel service was excellent. Hotel sunrise has a good sunrise view point from your room itself. I am totally satisfied by the service of staffs. I recommend this hotel for those who are going to search comfortable hotel for stay..

Hotel service was very excellent and room was very good condition. It's very clean. We reached late around 10pm in the night but still food was available. The owner response was very cool. Early morning You can see the sunrise by standing in the room. I totally recommend this who need peace. The only thing is bit far from the city
