They knew money is non-refundable and took advantage of it and told you that you can cancelled booking but you will not get any refund 5. If you see there are many people experienced this Type of fraud 6. Who ever gave good reviews about hotel, it's own hotel staff itself 7. Rooms are very dirty, bedsheets either torn or burnt, washroom very unhygienic, not even clean, sign of spitting gutkhas everywhere Note - If hotel give you money to stay in their hotel then only you can think about it after checking rooms ....If not then you just waste your money....

These people Just try to find out ways to loot people. I booked a room for three people, it is self understood that we will be living three people in this. But when I asked them to arrange a mattress they unnecessary took extra charges from me.

It is away from main udaipur City... Entrance is not so good.. beside it there is a garbage.. rooms are ok ok not so good..

Room okok Best thing: Receptionist Bhupendra ji is excellent person. I recommended this to my circle also, ONLY BECAUSE OF GIRISH JI AND BHUPENDRA JI , you will feel like you are into good persons in this hotel. Cons: Bedsheets can be more cleaner , rest all is fine.

Only plus point is Staff tried helping with all their might. And bathroom was clean. However, if we look at the property, room service was poor. Bedsheets are not dry cleaned and torn at places. Ac remote was dysfunctional. No gyser in bathroom. Food was not tasty.

Worst experiance...staff behaviour was rude... don't book room in this hotel...handle of the door was broken...flush not working...landline phone was not working...even they are not able to give good chai...worst chai...nothing was available in breakfast...they don't provide hot water even after promise at the time of booking...whenever ask for anything they said not available...worst experiance in this hotel...not able to trust goibibo rating...it is not justify...it was overrated...
