This hotel is just at a walking distance from railway station and bus stand, which is a plus point. Premium category room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was not appealing. Food experience was okaish.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and our experience was great. We did not have a single complaint as guests. Rooms were spacious and tidy. Bathrooms are upto the mark. Location is such that every autowala knew this place. Food prices are as per market standard but we did not have any complains about food quality and quantity. Room service was prompt and well mannered. I would surely prefer to stay in this place if i come to udaipur again

Stayed for two nights It was great experience staying here and found above the expectations. Location wise it is perfect, picking for city palace, market, City as well as bus stops. Worthy staying Staffs are supportive and gentle

Had a great stay at Shalimar Palace. Hosts are friendly and helpful. I reached the hotel at around 5 am and they allowed early check-in (chargeable - conveyed before, and the standard room as a premium room was not available) Breakfast is okayish, can eat. If you want to opt without breakfast there are good breakfast options within 1 min walk. Will recommend staying here if you are in Udaipur

It was pleasant stay here. We stayed for 2 days with family and experienced the pleasant environment supported by the staff. Staff is very cooperative and services are good. The best part is all the sightseeing are very nearby ti this hotel. I strongly recommend to stay here for having pleasant experience at Udaipur.

Our stay at Hotel Shalimar Palace was disappointing. Despite booking a premium room for three people, we faced numerous issues, including a makeshift mattress on the floor, a non-functional AC, an empty mosquito killer refill, an unclean washroom, a malfunctioning water geyser, and a broken water mixer. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of the staff, they failed to address or take responsibility for the poor hospitality and management.

Within a 10-kilometer radius, all the city's major tourist attractions may be found. The staff was really welcoming. The on-site restaurant is also excellent. We had a great experience at this hotel. The hotel managers helped in getting right auto-rikshaws for our tours locally and outside Udaipur and the breakfast had in-room service option which is very rare. Rooms are a bit congested, we felt, but a great place in this price range. Special thanks to the chef who cooked awesome food and gave us an early breakfast because we had an early bus to catch!

It's a good hotel to stay with family. Good rooms, located very near to the most of the tourist places. Also, nearby to bus stand and railway station. You will be able to find many shops for any essential you need during your travel. Hospitality of the hotel staff is too good. The food of the hotel is very good though it's expensive but it's worth to have it, especially Daal-baati.

Very clean and comfortable stay had here. If you take autos to come here, they may not recommend you this as owner does not give any commissions to them. But if you come to this hotel, he will pass on this benifit to direct customer and you will be benefited. We stayed here for 3 nights. They also have their private parking space for car. And approach road to this hotel is very wide unlike hotels in old udaipur. Must stay here.

I had a wonderful time. The room was clean and spacious. I had never seen such a good and calm staff, specially the owner. They also provide discout to customer. Must stay this place you wont regret it
