Comfortable stay with excellent guest services by the staff... Rooms are nicely done and feels cosy... Good for both family and official stays...

Staff is super friendly and attentive private car parking is available They have bar n restaurant (food is awesome)which is add on no need to go out unless required. One should book who is looking for luxury at affordable rates. Highly recommended by me...

This one deserves appreciation. “One of the best hotel to stay in Udaipur I must say”. I was on tour to Rajasthan with my family of 6 people wherein we stayed at this wonderful hotel in Udaipur for 4 days. The stay was excellent and cozy. Polite and co-operative staff. The rooms were super clean and hygienic and all the Covid norms were followed. The food served here is delicious. This hotel is well connected with the sightseeing locations and the main market as well where you can shop a lot. One must visit to experience.

they charge us 1200/- for early check in even his hotel was totally empty and no guest were there staying. We had booked 2 rooms and they have no value of important customers. We were hopeless because we were arrived at early morning and we had a booked in advance. Also hot water is available from morning 7 o'clock to few hours only at night also no hot water running. Same thing we had booked hotel at nathdwara also they provide us early check in without asking any single rupees.

The Hotel Narayana is totally a fraud hotel which runs by Aeraki groups of hotels in Udaipur. When you will be on vacation and pays the full amount in advance despite they will cancel your booking to cater other booking who pays in full. This hotel doesnt worth even Rs 1000 per night and the type of GM and staff they have are totally worthless. In any case you book this hotel please reconfirm almost 15 times before the check-in else you will get bitter suprise upon check in . DO NOT TRUST AERAKI GROUP OF ANY HOTELS

The rooms weren’t clean, stains on the bed covers and the towels. Hot water only on specific times. Worst of all, they posted a review some how in my name on booking and gave themselves 10/10, saying that the experience was “amazing”. Strongly do not recommend this place.

It seems almost impossible, but unfortunately, it was the case: when we checked into our rooms, we had to discover that the bed linen and towels were completely dirty. There were hairs and food remnants on the bedding, and it was heavily stained. The towels were also stained. I travel a lot, to many countries, but I have never experienced anything as disgusting. The two very young hotel employees to whom I reported this quickly changed the bed linens and towels but complained about me in a disrespectful tone. Furthermore, there was no hot water, and the window could not be opened.

I won’t recommend this hotel if you paying more than 1500/night Room Service 1/10 Customer service 1/10 Location 6/10 The guy at reception is very unprofessional. He charged for water for no reason it’s always complimentary in all the hotel.. We had to go downstairs almost everyday for Wi-Fi issue. He goes you need to come downstairs for Wi-Fi if it’s not working. Note: towel are dirty!!!!!

I have stayed two days in Sri Narayana. Room service, staff support was excellent. Restaurant service and food level is also excellent level. Location is very good. But with all these facilities my experience was very bad due to room and bed. Room was highly suffocated and bed was very bad. Me and my family, also my friend family ( in another room) were exhausted due to less sleep. No any window for sunlight and feels like I was packed inside a almirah.

The bed sheets look stained and surfaces were a bit dusty. No hot water at all. Couldn’t turn off the light or fan without taking the card out of the power, no idea where the switches were.

The stay was pleasant. It's decent accomodation that fits your budget and the staff is very polite. Our manager Mr. Hemant Rathore was very helpful

I've came here since 2 day before.. it's an outstandind experience with ths hotel...Mr Hemant(hetel staff) is such a wonderful n supportive person...really liked it...looking forward to visit again....

The rooms weren't clean with half of the things either missing or not working. They took around 90 minutes to serve the pre-booked dinner and still the rice was way undercooked. Few of the staff members were cooperative but most of them didn't know how they should be treating their guests. Just pathetic service. I do not recommend them at all.

The hotel experience was utterly disappointing. The room felt like a dungeon, complete with outdated decor and a musty smell. The bed was as hard as a rock, and the bathroom seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The staff's indifference was the cherry on top of this dreadful stay. Save yourself the misery and find accommodations elsewhere. One more thing I don’t have any video evidence or anything to prove what Gaurav spoke . You guys can come up with N number of excuses. when we were checking out within 30 mins that person doesn’t have that much courtesy to ask ones that why you guys checking out . This is what you guys define hotal management. You accept this review or ignore it , it doesn’t matter to me. This booking was done via MMT and after we raised the concern you guys updated to MMT people that we are still in hotel and the fact is that we already vacated the property. It’s a humble request who ever managing this review section for this hotel please raise this concern to an appropriate person.

The worst hotel someone can book The staff was pathetic, hotel rooms were dirty, rude behaviour, I checked out as soon as I checked in. They don't even ask why your checking out whats the problem , cant give rooms in same floor. Room was dirty bedsheet had stains. No courtesy in speaking, front desk person gaurav is worst . No respect . No hotel management

Never ever book this specially from fabhotel they took the booking amount frm us and didn't when I visited for check in they denied our booking booking saying tat mistake frm fabhotel and till date they r not giving my refund also on time and everyday they r saying initiated refund xyxz also the hotel manager said they cn provide us few rooms in extra charge which was more thn double it was the worst experience so highly not recommended

Room was nice at affordable price. Spacious, window view, clean. Breakfast was also good.

The only complaint I had about the hotel is that the room service is painfully slow. You get complimentary breakfast also the rooms are clean & they take good care of hygiene as well. They provide towels, shampoo & tea bags as complimentary however the dental kit was missing

Extremely clean and hygienic at affordable price. Polite staff. Food was tasty. Very close to the city palace and jagdishwar temple. Will recommend it anytime.
