The facade of the hotel is unsatisfactory. The lift is so old that it feels like it's one of those government job buildings. The rooms are dirty. The washroom is the worst experience I have ever had. I didn't like it at all. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Never go for this hotel even you don't find any other hotel in Udaipur... Rooms are better in Circuit house then this hotel.. Totally disappointed by this hotel... They don't care about customer... As they described in the amenities... There is no proper hygiene no sanitization no disinfectant even not proper cleaning of the room... They used the curtains which are transparent... Bathroom mate is just like that they never wash even in year... It's my worst experience with this hotel never go for that...

Rooms were clean . Arrangements were proper. All the electronic equipments were in working condition. Bedsheet and blanket were in good condition. Bit disappointed with staff but manageable. Breakfast was delivered to room in time and was of good quality and quantity. To summon one can opt for these rooms for shorter tenure.

I stayed here for 3 days and the hospitality of this place was awesome. The best part here is it is located nearby famous market, Bapu market, where you can get eatable things at ease. You even get facility of public vehicle nearby it, as this hotel is at Shastri circle. To reach here you can get a sharing rickshaw from outside the Udaipur Railways station which will cost ₹10 to drop you at Shastri circle which is 10-20mtr from hotel.

A decent hotel but a little far away from the Main attraction points. Go for it, If you're hiring Vehicle for roaming around. Otherwise you'll find it difficult to go around the city as Auto etc charge way too much for even small distances.

The location of the hotel is very nice . Lots of open space , with park and beach at close distance. The entire hotel staff particularly the reception lady is very nice. They guide you for all your needs and arrange taxis as well for nearby place visit. The rooms are very clean and good for family stay. I strongly recommend this those who wish to stay in peaceful locality.

Honestly i was looking for a hotel which is near to all tourist places and I found this hotel, genuinely speaking It’s an affordable hotel to stay. Spacious room, Centrally Located, Restaurant and In-room ordering service available. My AC wasn’t working but the staff helped me and it got fixed ASAP. Recommend.

Worst experience ever no hot water no AC working and no staff could give response to your problem .so I don't recommend this hotel to stay because of poor service and old facilities.

We had a twin room, first we were allocated a room which couldn't lock itself. Then we were shifted to a new one but the flush didn't work there. Surprising was that one of the attendant knew the first one couldn't be locked and still they chose to provide us with that one. Sheets were unclean and the reception wasn't that great too.

Avoid this place at all costs! The appalling service here reaches new lows—they don't provide hot water through the spout, instead serving it in a bucket! To add insult to injury, the AC malfunctions even after handing over the remote. Spare yourself the agony and steer clear of this establishment. Don't let your trip be marred by their abysmal service. Save yourself the frustration and choose accommodations that prioritize guest comfort. Your experience here is bound to be nothing short of a nightmare, so do yourself a favor and find a more accommodating and competent place for your stay.

Decent hotel, rooms are clean, though amenities are very limited. Getting hot water for bath is a luxury, so travellers need to be ready to take bath with bone chilling water in the morning. Has good food options nearby.

Pro - -Well Built rooms, -Elevator works all time -Allow outside food from Swiggy, Zomato -Allowed early check-in at zero price -Staff is Co-Operative -Very proximal to main Udaipur (May be inconvenient to Tourists as it's little far from Lake Area) -Have a Neat Restaurant on First Floor. Cons - - Washroom was Stinky (They Sprayed it later on my call) - My room's washroom Exhaust Fan was broken - The room have big window which even after putting the curtain gives immense light in day time (A black curtain may help) - Charging slot should be on both side of bed - No Fluorescent Light for night time - Force you to give 5 stars at end of the trip - It takes them so much of time to give water - They don't introduce you to room and Services while checking in -Hot water only comes when giving call at reception despite having individual geyser in every room. - Complimentary breakfast is given in room with limited options they should start buffet service. -Toilet should have "Sanitised own protection" seal. -Hotel Boys should have a dress. -Wifi Password should be told while check-in -Udaipur Being a tourist destination they should atleast offer some tourist spot agency number or card. Rest Everything was good for my one night stay, will stay again for sure.

I have one of worst hotel experience here. I had prebooked the hotel by making part payment and remaning amount they only insisted cash. No card payment accepted. The bedsheet was dirty, bathroom was unclean. The catageory of room booked says room would have kettle, mini fridge, AC, TV, Toiletries. There was no kettle or fridge. AC was turned on after many requests and then there was no remote. Asked about 5 times and they gave remote but it never worked. It had low batteries. TV had no cable recharge and was not done evn after request. The breakfast was included in the Price. No body at the restaurant attended us for 15 minutes. Then the guy asked if it is complementary. When i told its complementary, he gave only two. Options either poha or parantha. We said bring one poha and one parantha as we were two. He said only one can be ordered as its complementary. I was surprised to hear this. I had stayed in Treebo hotels before, but never had such pathetic experience. Not recommended at all.

The location of the room is almost in central Udaipur. It is a prime location and the traffic is running all time. The rooms are also pretty good more than what I expected actually. The only problem is the food. The food is pretty much at the costlier side for example a cup tea is of Rs 50/- and many more costly food. So if you are staying here you have to take care about the food and other all things are awesome.

The restaurant is situated on the first floor of the hotel. I had gone there to have lunch. The ambience is nice and warm. The staff are friendly and the food served was also very good. 5 stars for the amazing service.

Hotel is good.. it's in market area so your have almost all essential thing right near you. Staff is well behaved.. rooms are well maintained .. worth for the cost.. you can enjoy good food from their restaurant " Udaipuri". Costly food but taste good.. I would surely visit the hotel again...
