NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORST EXPERIENCE. Had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with complete payment through online app in a friend's name. When we reached the hotel they told the booking was cancelled by the hotel and made us wait there with absolutely no clarification. Total fraudulent.. Staff and especially the owner who is giving replies to reviews in google and doesn't even pick the call in need.

I had booked the Narayans leela inn for 2days. Even before reaching the hotel, the multiple auto-drivers had intimated us that the place was not good for families as it was a place for drunkards. They made us wait for almost 2hrs and ended up saying that they had cancelled the booking without showing the basic decency of intimating me via mail or whatsapp. They were not even ready to offer a refund and asked me to collect it directly from the booking app. I asked them to give me proof of the mail they had sent to the online booking app rejecting my booking. But the manager said that only the owner can provide me details of the mail. The owner refused to talk to us or pick our calls. Overall it was a horrible experience which almost spoiled our entire vacation.

Staff - The staff was uncooperative and the owner was also not picking up the phone . Very bad experience . Do not choose this hotel if you want a pleasant stay. I would have given no stars if it was possible. Food - Food is taste less and worst.

Our experience was worst. We were 6 people who checked-in at 7 in the morning with 2 rooms that was sufficient with 2 kids. But the staff over there insisted on taking 3 rooms when we denied they asked us to vacant the rooms when we had already paid 1500 for the rooms. So we had to leave the hotel at 9. They did not even refunded us our amt. When we inquired about the manager they lashed out at us. When we rated their services on the rate card. They teared it off.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights and prepaid the full amount online and after reaching the hotel they denied our booking , and was not answering our questions regarding the cancellation. The staff was uncooperative and the owner was also not picking up the phone . Very bad experience . Do not choose this hotel if you want a pleasant stay. I would have given no stars if it was possible. The localities were also not recommending the hotel especially for families. The place is also known for drunkards as per the localites FYI the booking was not made in my name, that is why my name is not in the register.

Rooms are average. Service is too bad. They have fix restaurant timings for in house guests as well so basically you can't get the morning tea at 6 in the morning and evening snacks and tea 5 in the evening. They have street parking which is congusted and not enough for more than 2 cars. And in case if it's raining when you reach here, you can't even get out of your car due to excessive waterlogging. Overall not recommended.

I can't explain in few words. It was so bad and my trip was spoiled by hotel. Room and bathroom was very dirty and smelly. Staff side no support and owner was so bakwas and manager was unique in the world. He welcome with the word "abhi do din rukoge toh sab pata chalega".

Very unhygienic and pathetic hotel..room is filled with cockroaches. There were fluid stains on the bedsheet and blanket, also the pillows stained and smelly. The washroom floor was with pan spits and toilet commode was not cleaned at all. Never ever in your dreams prefer to stay in this hotel..the photos in the website is not even close to the reality.

Owner's Behaviour was not professional, He was talking very rudely, he was speaking very loudly. When I asked his name he even gave wrong name. He just deny our payment vai gpay and ask for only cash because he wants to avoid GST.

This stay was one of the pathetic of our trip 1. They have charged 500Rs to upgrade the room from non-AC to AC, but the sad part is AC was making noise and we couldn't sleep that night 2. Room was sinking badly, it is totally different from whatever is getting displayed in the photos 3. Bedsheet and cushion covers were so dirty and they didn't change after multiple follow-ups as well (we took follow-up 4 times and every time they said we don't have staff) Overall, the property and the service were pathetic. It is not worth it at all 🙏 Only the good thing is, it is nearby famous places of Udaipur like pichola lake, fatehsagar lake

Don't visit this place. One manager who served duty from 8pm to 8am is very rude and annoying. Early check in ke liye 400 rs charge karte hai bina baat ke. Rooms itne gande hai.

Water was falling from the air conditioner. I had asked for an extra bed but they just gave me a mattress. The receiver of his phone was not working.

Hotel Narayans leela Inn could be very budget friendly option to get near to the Udaipur bus stand. This hotel is located at walking distance from the Udaipur Bus stand, also not so far from the railway station. It is 4 story hotel. Entering to the hotel leads to the reception area where you were welcomed with water. Lift is just located near to the reception. At the left side of the reception, restaurant area is located. Hotel room sizes are okay but not so spacious. Bathrooms were look somewhat old and many dents and cracks can be seen on tiles and sanitarywares. You can enjoy the beautiful view of City Palace from the rooms. But this view can be enjoyed from only one side of the rooms and availability of these rooms is tricky or luck. Wi-Fi service in not available here. I felt the issue of proper ventilation in rooms and lobby area. Feels very congested and suffocated. Staff was very gentle and attentive. Very generous and kind receptionist Mr Chundawat, who are always committed to help the guests in every way possible. This hotel can be choose on the basis of location.

Very clean rooms and helpful staff who assited us with local knowledge. There are one restaurant which is good quality and the value for money is brilliant.

Very good hotel with a reasonable price. Special thanks to the manager Mr Ganshyam . Very polite and humble person.

Stayed there for 2 nights. From outside it looked decent however rooms which we have been allocated was pathetic. Dirty curtains, torned and dirty pillow cover, seepage. Seemed like a 1 star ⭐ hotel :(

Room n bathroom were not clean. Bedsheet n towels were so dirty.. room service num was not working.. no parking space..for 2 days n 2 nights they provided 1 bottle of water.. u have to keep asking for even water. Worst experience ever.

Good stay. Ghanshyam sir will help you if you face any issues. The stay is close to city palace, lake Pichhola, dudh Talai and gulab bagh

Owner was talking very loudly and rudly, He was so arrogant. Rooms had cockroaches, sanitation is a joke in this hotel.

Staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Specially Mr. Ghanshyam was very polite and good and I thanks him for making our stay memorable and excellence. Rooms are good and clean. 24/7 availability of service

To Begin with The price at which we got the deal, it was totally worth it. Staff members were very humble and polite. Rooms were spacious and neat. Washrooms should be improved. Some basic facilities such as towels and soaps etc should be kept in the room. So this is a decently priced hotel with decent enough rooms. The best part is that this is centrally located to major tourist attractions.

Hotel is near to Lake and location is good and congested🙄. everything is nearby. Negative points is condition of room they offer( 🐜 🦟 will give you good company). Need to do pest control. Parking is roadside and limited. Very good eateries around is a plus point. Service of staff was average.
