1. Food: 2/5 Pizza was unevenly roasted. Moreover, for the first time I found a pizza which was thin crust for half semi-circle and normal crust for the other half. 😅 Toppings are not well spread. Chocolate shake was decent. 2. Ambience: 2/5 The place doesn't have sufficient fans/cooling systems. Coolers are not well placed. The dining tables are designed keeping young crowd in mind. The place is not clean. 3. Service: 3/5 Keeping covid protocols in mind, the staff wears mask. However, it would have been better to wear hand gloves as well. The service time is usual 15 minutes. Staff is courteous towards the customer.

Food ( 1/5) - We ordered Hakka Noodles and sandwich and we were really disappointed with the quality and taste of both the dishes. They used raw and staled vegetables in the sandwich And the noodles were blended even after giving the cooking instructions while ordering. The only point I gave was for the drinks which was cold and tasteless and definitely not worth for money. Service(3/5) The tables were not clean. The service was quick. Overall Experience (2/5) Definitely not recommended. At the end they made excuses regarding the payment mode. Dont accept cards inspite of mentioning about accepting amex card all over the place.

Fabulous experience, great Hositality, we came at 11 and it was about to close but vikram served us at 11 pm. He never said no to us he is really a Hardworkker and the quality of food and services are good.

The services and the staff is very good ...we really appreciate Vikram he is excellent. He suggested us beverages and they were really awesome . food was fantastic really suited up to our pallet and Excellent courtesy extended by Vikram. Best cafe in udaipur.

We actually had some time to kill before our bus from Udaipur and Mumbai and ventured here for some icecream . The staff here is a delight and really really courteous . The icecream is good too . One should try the Belgian icecream . Also the bathrooms are clean and the ambience is good
