This is Udaipur's worst Dominos Pizza center. I went there with family and ordered 2 Pizza there and i got that in this conditions and taste was totally disgusting and i also raised the complaint against them in domino's app and in evening one of the person from the this store called me saying me like that why you not tell me at that time.. Why you raised complaint on app, means we don't have right to complain. according to then we can't complaint against them on application only Oral complaint they considered. And them he told me I'll give you half refund then again he changed his statement then he told me I'll give that money in your apo wallet still I said it's fine please proceeds then still he refuse with his statement then he said that it's too time over for the complaint now offers end so i can't do anything so i can't give you anything for this issue. Just forgot about that. This is behavior of him. I strongly not recommended to go there. Choose any of other outlet but don't go this outlet. Even he don't have apologies also. Staff is also not good and owner is egoistic person.

So they can deliver a pizza within 30minutes but can't serve you if you want to eat the pizza fresh out of oven. They refused to take the order saying it will take around an hour, and when we said it's okay with us they said we are going to close soon so it's at your choice to wait or not. I've seen almost 5 families leave for that particular reason. They were sending out online orders continuously though. And the best part, we got a message saying our pizza is ready but when we asked she refused. Then some other staff told us that oh it's actually ready take it. It would be better if you would put a board out saying only online orders accepted. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Beware of a scam running at this store while ordering online from this store. The store manager/delivery executive cleverly cancels the order just 1-2 min before the promised ‘30 min pizza delivery guarantee’ is about the expire so as to not pass on the compensation that they have to give to the customer. However, before cancellation, the store/delivery executive gets hold of the delivery address and continue their delivery outside of domino’s even knowing it. The delivery executive on reaching the premises would act to not know that the order got cancelled. Such a shameful tactic indeed!

If someone wants to have a nice thin crust pizza with fresh cheese and veggies, then you are at the wrong place. it was a bad experience. Choco Lava was the only thing we enjoyed here. The hotel staff only cared for review and kept asking for it. Sorry! I am not going to pay so much for this kind of pizza again. I hope the staff will take care of the quality next time. Never order a thin crust pizza from domino’s I guess even a street vender can make better thin crust then them😫

Domino's Pizza is the best pizza, hands down. But giving 4 stars because yesterday had a dine in, and did the usual order that I make, peppy paneer and creamy pasta pizza, i believe it was not upto the mark, it looked different and tasty funny. Else i love it everytime I order it.

The level of service was pathetic and even the basic things were not taken care while the packing of garlic bread, the butter paper was missing and even the quality of the product was not maintained, the onion was burnt. The staff was also not friendly and i would suggest if you don't wanna have a bad experience don't go to this branch. Dominos India try maintain quality otherwise you will be the next futures group.

Fresh pizzas and fast food with good test is the speciality of this place. But now these days I found like they are in hurry for preparing orders so that they can deliver bulk online orders . We asked staff about the arrangements they totally deny about the facility because of Covid protocol.. And if you give time of 20 mins to wait where you expect the consumer should wait.. on the road .. And even the tea stall have more than six chairs. Totally disappointed from current staff and services..

Last week, I ordered two cheese burst pizzas at Ashok nagar Domino's in Udaipur. The taste was just delicious and soul satisfying 🤤. I felt the cheese, freshness of base and taste of spices in every bite of pizza from the beginning to end. Last but not least, thank you Nazish ma'am for preparing such a wonderful meal and your assistance during the whole process. Highly recommended place to have pizzas anytime you want.

I ordered pizza at around 8.30 pm. When I called the customer care number after 30 minutes of ordering pizza, they spoke to the restaurant manager and asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes. After waiting for 30 more minutes, I called customer care again. They connected me with the restaurant manager and he asked me to wait for 25 minutes more. After waiting for a long time, I again called the customer care. They connected me to the asst.manager and he told me that they will be able to deliver the pizzas by 11.30 pm and that he was telling the truth. But, around 11.15 pm, I got a call from the restaurant saying that it will take another 1 hour to deliver my order. Finally, at 12:00 am, after 3.5 hours of me placing the order, I got a call saying that they were cancelling my order because they did not have any raw material required to prepare pizzas for my order. Such a horrible experience, I tell you.

I many times complained to manger but they do not want to fix the issue. Celebration mall outlet bake tasty pizza and make zingy parcel as per my requirement. I would suggest to go celebration mall outlet to eat pizza.

In Udaipur 2 store is there ashok Nagar and celebration mall At celebration mall you get great experience as surrounding areas you have many other options too
