I
trust
this
message
reaches
you
despite
the
apparent
lack
of
competence
that
seems
to
characterize
Brahma
Niwas
Hotel.
I
feel
compelled
to
bring
to
your
attention
the
abysmal
experience
my
family
and
I
had
during
our
ill-fated
stay
from
November
15th
to
November
16th,
2023.
Upon
our
eagerly
anticipated
arrival,
any
hopes
of
a
warm
welcome
were
promptly
squashed.
No
welcome
drink
was
offered,
and
the
receptionist,
who
could
use
some
lessons
in
hospitality,
seemed
more
interested
in
her
paperwork
than
in
assisting
paying
guests
like
ourselves.
The
pinnacle
of
incompetence
was
reached
in
the
hotel
restaurant.
We
dared
to
place
our
food
order
at
the
ungodly
hour
of
3:15
pm,
only
to
watch
the
clock
tick
away
until
4
pm
when
our
food
miraculously
appeared.
To
add
insult
to
injury,
we
were
informed
that
all
tables
were
booked,
relegating
us
to
the
privilege
of
having
our
meal
delivered
to
our
room.
However,
this
in-room
dining
extravaganza
didn't
kick
off
until
4:30
pm,
leaving
us
to
wonder
if
we
were
invisible
to
your
seemingly
indifferent
staff,
who
were
evidently
more
concerned
with
serving
external
guests.
As
if
that
weren't
enough,
the
evening
dinner
was
a
comedy
of
errors.
It
became
painfully
apparent
that
there
was
a
complete
breakdown
in
communication
between
the
morning
shift
manager
and
the
rest
of
the
staff
regarding
the
guest
list.
Despite
dinner
supposedly
being
part
of
our
package,
we
were
left
in
the
dark
about
it
being
served
Γ
la
carte.
It
took
an
agonizingly
absurd
1
hour
and
45
minutes
to
place
our
order,
a
feat
that
even
a
novice
in
the
hospitality
industry
would
find
embarrassing.
The
grand
finale
to
this
circus
of
incompetence
occurred
on
our
check-out
date
(16th
Nov
'23).
In
the
morning,
we
were
unceremoniously
handed
the
bill
for
our
last
night's
dinner
and
asked
to
pay.
Only
after
an
unnecessary
and
frustrating
discussion
with
the
receptionist
did
she
agree
not
to
charge
us,
leaving
us
to
question
the
competence
of
your
billing
procedures.
In
conclusion,
the
overall
experience
was
nothing
short
of
disastrous,
and
we
deeply
regret
subjecting
ourselves
to
the
incompetence
that
is
Brahma
Niwas
Hotel.
Our
expectations
were
not
just
unmet
but
completely
trampled
upon.
Needless
to
say,
we
cannot,
in
good
conscience,
recommend
this
establishment
to
anyone.
I
sincerely
hope
you
take
this
scathing
feedback
not
as
an
attack
on
your
establishment
but
as
a
wake-up
call
to
address
the
myriad
issues
that
plague
Brahma
Niwas
Hotel.
A
complete
overhaul
of
your
staff
and
service
standards
might
be
a
good
starting
point.
Thank
you
for
providing
an
experience
that
will
forever
remain
etched
in
our
memories,
albeit
for
all
the
wrong
reasons.
Unimpressed
but
not
surprised,
