This horel is located at very Logistically convinient location - next to gulab bagh and vintage car museum. Staff is very supportive particularly VIBHU. They even helped to prepare best itinerary to save your time and money as well. Breakfast and lunch and dinner has limited options but preparations was fantastic and month watering... overall best place to stay with family... few added things would have made it 100% like recreation facility for kids etc...

Very nice collection of the beautiful vintage cars. There is jain food available. Very old cars of Ford, Chevrolet, Morris etc are available to view and take pictures of those rare ones. There is a picture album of all vintage cars available at 3999/- rs. Price.

If you see the condition of the restaurant, it's the worst of all, a few reasons are:- 1. Bad management 2. Bad food quality 3. Less food given 4. Lack of Decipline in the waiters and other staff 5. Aggressive staff and what not 🙏

We went there in search of "delicacy of Laal Maans" as suggested by a shopkeeper. We were amazed with the ambience and serenity of the outdoor restaurant area. The staffs are very well mannered and welcoming. We were regretting for not staying in that hotel property during our Udaipur stay. And, yes Laal maans was tasty and fulfilling. From the aroma and colour to tenderness of meat were perfect. Spices were well balanced. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great staying experience during Udaipur visit. I too will have to visit Udaipur once again to stay in this hotel.

The guards there have arrogance for no reason.. the car museum's caretaker was also very impolite. Not a good experience..

Nice staff with good English capability, and authentic old style buildings. Rooms are small but not inadequate, and are nicely furnished though the beds aren't luxe. Having the rooms cleaned daily was a nice luxury. The door locks are bolts with a padlock (see photo), which means that while inside then people on the outside can bolt it closed trapping you inside. Never happened to us, but weird. Also this means you can't lock the room behind you if someone else is sleeping inside without them being unable to get out! Buffet breakfast was nice but took too long to get ordered meals. Suggestions: international travel adaptors standard in the rooms for the powerpoints. Better wifi situation; it drops out regularly and you have to sign in each time you reconnect.

Visited their Thali system restaurant. Pathetic service and very slow and inefficient serving. Food quality was also substandard. Very much disappointed with the visit. The reason given was high influx of visitors, which doesn't sound acceptable.

One of the best places to eat in Udaipur, with a traditional menu. The service provided to us was top notch.

Claustrophobic is the word for this property rooms. Not sure for what they charge such high price?? Rooms r tiny and stuffy. Washroom is even smaller and stinky. Heritage hotels are supposed to be spacious, but this one is definitely not. Inside the room you will feel like it is a budget hotel. 4K is definitely overpriced for this property. Bathroom space is occupied by a useless bath tub ( who uses bathtub at this age????) and a closet (again a useless feature as nobody ever keeps their stuff inside the washroom. Rooms is filled with chairs and lamps, occupying all the table space. Full mirror is inside the washroom door where you cannot even stand. Again useless. Very bad sense of design and not at all user friendly. Staying 2 days here was very frustrating.

Hotel management was more careless in providing services, we ordered 4 omelets received after one hour. In rooms very congested We the family members 22 checked in by 8.37pm in advanced booked and we did not get hot water with repeated reminders we got in after one hour of checked in and more over not door matts, no hand shower for the provided bathtub and no hanger cupboard in the room. Overall the management has to improve services and in the reception they are very negligent fellows.

A little dated rooms but clean washrooms, good food and great service. Centrally located to all places of interest and Sajjan niwas is walking distance for great morning and evening walks. Udaipur Vintage car museum is within the premises and you can see almost all cars from the hotel lobby itself. Its a great sight for kids and adults and will enjoy the stay here.

The rooms were amazing and vintage styled! Rooms were very clean and tidy. There is a in house restaurant also in which we had a very bad experience! The manager there was racist and was extremely judgmental! He wouldn't allow our friends to sit on the chair and asked them to go through the menu and then choose to take a seat(since it was costly)! There was soo much delay in serving food and almost every staff there was showing us attitude for no reason. Food was good though. Minus points for the serving staff and manager. We asked the reception for any higher authority to lodge our complaint also but the respective person was available the next day, and we had to leave early morning. PS: We were not informed if the restaurant was short staffed or facing and issues!

Great experience. Staff is well trained and helpful. The hotel exudes an old world charm. Old construction of the building helps it. Menu for the restaurant is a little limited but those dishes are prepared extremely well. Rooms have been redecorated recently.

You get rajasthani thali for 300rs and its worth the try specially when you are a tourist and not sure where to visit to eat some rajasthani food. For 300rs they provide ample variety of food and its tasty too. You have ti buy food tickets from the ticket counter outside the premises.

My bed is twin bed and had problem sleeping. Hot water is central and u need to request them and wait for 30 mins to take bath in nights. Place is clean and well maintained, it's old property maintained by raja's. Hotel staff<other than front office> is kind and helpful.
