We have been hosted two nights in this hotel. As a positive thing I have to say that the first night we arrived late and they allowed us to order our dinner in advance. However, wifi is not working and the main issue was at check out time. They didn't accept international credit or debit card, but nobody told us beforehand, in fact, the booking advertisement says that MasterCard and Visa were accepted. They requested us to pay in cash but we didn't accept, so we had to wait a long time until finally we could pay in the hotel nearby. Rooms are dirty. Not recommended!

Very well maintained... rooms though small are very well maintained and have all facilities working well... service is good and courteous...

Very nice hotel in this budget. Would surely recommend to stay here. Service is fine, staff is cooperative and the counter desk people are good too. Rooms are good with all basic facilities. One can take benefit of in-house restaurant too. In close proximity to all major sightseeing points. Food is delicious too. Mahendra and Nirbhay in F & B were at the prompt service. They both served the food very well. Cloak room facility is also convenient for the tourists whose departure is later after the check out.

This hotel was really good in terms of room, interior and services. We booked 2 rooms 2000 rs/room for 1 night on Diwali. Near from big shopping street of Udaipur. Overall very good experience 👍

Rooms were beautiful, spacious, had wooden flooring and cleanliness was maintained as expected. One of the staff's behaviour was not professional and polite. Food served in our rooms for dinner was too spicy and not at all upto the mark even after repeated reminders about our requirements which were not at all complicated. We only requested a minimum spicy food but were served the opposite. All in all the room decor, size and buffet breakfast compensated for the rude staff behaviour ( one of them only) and bad food served in our room. Would advise to look for better alternatives in this price range.

Best stay specially if you are looking for a budget hotel with modern rooms. They have very well trained staff. Special thanks to the reception guy Mr. Lalit upgraded our rooms and also allowed us for late check-out.

We booked a room here for 2 days. The food quality and room service was ok.The receiption staff is very rude. When we asked for hot water for bath on our second day, they asked us to wait for 20 mins. We waited for a long period of time and finally bathed with cold water. On out checkout when we complaint about the cold water issue they said we can’t help you and we didn’t asked you check out. When we pay 2-3k for a stay one atleast expect the services and co-ordination of hotel staff. Here you wouldn’t get both.

I had a two day stay ata hotel gorbandh . The property is very well maintained. Ambiance is greate with clean and hygienic rooms . Staffs ahe very friendly and helpful in nature .

Room was clean and well maintained and staff is very cooperative. I booked room from 14-15 aug(One night) having cost 2400 plus GST. I was arrived Hotel early in the morning. Rooms were fully booked till 14th morning. So they provide me very first room at 9 o' clock as soon as guest was check-out the room. Next day I have to leave hotel early in the morning so they gave me packed breakfast. Overall experience was awesome.

It is a hotel where one can go blindfolded, and be sure of cleanness of room, room space,courtesy of staff in a budget. Its location is very near to udaipur railway junction. The receptionist Ram pal is very cooperative .We stayed with my family for four days and everything was fine. The food they serve is tasty and at reasonable price. Hot amd cold water is 24 hour available.However the WiFi was not working properly. A very nice hotel .

Some part of the building is under construction. It is not a luxury hotel but it is definitely a great value place for normal middle.class families. The staff is Exceptionally good.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Rooms were recently renovated and they are also adding a lot more. Facilities provided in the room are well thought off and cleanliness is up to the mark. Food was good, especially the breakfast buffet. Staff was very welcoming and helpful, they even help you with an itinerary if you need one. I had booked offline and it was smooth experience. Great stay!!

It was nice stay with private car parking available at the backside of the hotel. Room were clean and good. They provide hassle free two wheeler on rent in budget. Internet was super fast , 24/7 hot water available, Provides required basic amenities. Pure Vegetarian food and food taste was good. Overall Awesome experience staying at hotel. Keep doing the same progress.
