Courteous staff, Roof top restaurant, cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel are top notch. I have never seen any other hotel maitaining such cleanliness during peak season. Restaurant food is amazing. During our 3 day stay we ordered different cuisines and all were authentic and delicious. We usually prefer to eat outside and try different foods but none of the restaurants had such kind of authentic taste which we got here. Service is amazing. Overall a great hospitality..Please keep up the good work and make the stay of people like us memorable, who come all they way from different cities expecting their vacation to be a great one. Hotel restaurant food is amazing, Rajasthani Dal and baati with ghee And egg bhurjii is the best. Room is Neet and clean. And all staff is supportive, and best service provide.

This hotel has a very good heritage feel to it. Stayed there for 3 nights and had a memorable experience. Pros: - Situated in the old part of Udaipur. - Proximity to Pichola lake, City Palace, Jagdish Mandir and Shopping center. - Very good restaurant with roof top view of City Palace. Rates are economical. - Neatly maintained interiors and great ambience. Nice central courtyard. - Very courteous staff. - There are very good options for breakfast near the hotel. Jagdish Mishthan near the chowk is a must try. Cons: - Approach to Hotel from Jagdish Chowk is via a very narrow lane. - Most cabs won't agree to come up to the hotel due to the narrow lanes. You'll need to walk for a short distance to reach the cabs. Suggestion: - Place a board with direction to the hotel at Jagdish Chowk.

One of the best hotels in Udaipur. The hotel is nearby main attractions like City palace, Jagmandir, Pichola lake boating and hence provides easy walking access to these places. The rooms were very classy and neat and gave the vibes of a royal stay. The rooftop restaurant was very beautiful especially at night as we could see the well lit City palace at a distance. The food was also prepared in a clean environment and we enjoyed it a lot. Special thanks to Vijay (staff) who attended as for dinner and gave a serene candle night dinner by surprise which was a sweet gesture.

My family and I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The location is ideal, as many destinations are within walking distance, including City Palace. The roof also offers a beautiful view of the city palace, especially in the evening. The hotel was very clean and nicely maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms were very nice. The staff was also excellent and very accommodating (special thanks to Rajkumar). We ate most of our meals in the rooftop restaurant in the hotel and the food was very delicious and mouthwatering, (Special thanks to Chef Parveen). Overall, we found that the rates for this hotel were very reasonable considering the quality of our stay. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice and pleasant stay.

Such an amazing hotel. Top class rooms and top class restaurant. What amazed me was the aesthetic haveli look and the cleanliness. Only the location mark it down from others. Please put a board on the road. M gonna visit this hotel again and will not forget to ask others to stay here.

I had the most amazing stay at this visually captivating boutique hotel. My room was decorated with paintings as is the entire hotel. They provide all required amenities such as geyser, hair dryer, kettle w/ tea bags, etc. Best part is staff behaviour. They are very courteous. The front desk manager (Mr Rahul) was amazing and helped me with all queries. He also facilitated a smooth check-in experience as my train was scheduled way earlier than the check-in time. Also, it’s located very close to Jagdish Temple and City Palace. Very easy to find transport and eating joints. Plus they also have a rooftop restaurant. I would definitely love to come back here next time and recommend others to give it a try.

It's good hotel with good staff - Rahul and Diksha were very cooperative staff, good cleanliness and good food. Connectivity to main tourist point is in walkable distance. Enjoyed the stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel for good experience.

Best hotel of Udaipur. It will be the best value for money if you can book a little bit early like 2-3 weeks. The staff were very cooperative and the terrace view was great. We loved the room facilities. Lake Pichola is walking distance and theres a famous kachori and samosa shop downstairs.

It's not good for someone who has a walking problem, as the hotel is far interior and in the main market and vehicles can't reach there.

A great place to stay in case you want to get an authentic feel of the city. Almost all major tourist attractions, markets, temples are nearby. I suggest renting a two wheeler to take full advantage of staying at this location. Do avoid in case you're looking for a luxury stay, and accessibility via four wheelers.

We tried Mutton Rajputana at this place. The food was amazing amd true to Rajasthani style. Mr Praveen Singh ji, the chef personally ensured taste according to our requiremnts. Mr Vijay, waiter was warm and very hospitable Overall , an amazing experience worth every penny.

My stay was incredibly comfortable. The receptionist, Diksha was extremely cooperative and attentive, always taking great care to meet our requests. Additionally, she was well-informed about the best places to visit and helped us plan our itinerary in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The facilities provided at the hotel were exceptional, with a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to all of the key attractions in the area. But as all the key attractions are located in the old city, the surroundings to the Hotel were all bit outdated. Roads are not wide enough to accommodate cars. So prefer going with public transport only. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Hotel Kotra Haveli for 3 nights and I would highly recommend to others. The place is well sanitized and the room was spacious and clean. The food served in their terrace restaurant was so good I really didn’t bother eating out. The restaurant manager Sanket made every effort to make sure I had the best culinary experience of Rajasthani dishes. He is also very easy to talk to. Overall I would rate my experience during my stay as excellent.

Clean, big rooms. Polite staff. A beautiful property - enjoyed the view from the terrace. Centrally located (in the old city) and super easy access to City palace, restaurants and the shopping area. Need to walk or take a rickshaw (car doesn't reach,so would just keep that in mind). Slightly noisy at night from.neighborhood. safe for women travellers

The hotel is very clean, good service n friendly staff. Special thanks to chef as he made the food according to our taste. The only issue is with the location because u need to carry the luggage for about 150 m to hotel. Otherwise located near market make it's more accessible.

Decent budget hotel in Udaipur. Rooms are great. The rooms have no view, but the view of the palace from the roof top restaurant is excellent. The main approach to the hotel is dug up due to road construction. However the hotel staff go out of their way in receiving and carrying the luggage for the 500 meter or so distance from the car.

Great place to stay, within budget. Amazing staff. All of them incredibly helpful especially the receptionist, he took wonderful care of us. Right from arranging transportation to making sure our experience was absolutely delightful.

We had a great stay at Kotra Haveli. The hotel is pretty close to Jagdish temple and is extremely well kept and clean. It is a beautiful experience and the staff is well behaved and courteous. Highly recommended this Hotel!

The hotel is situated in the OLD city. Please do not go by the word "OLD". The beauty of the city lies in the older area. The temples, lakes, the palace is 300-500m away from the hotel. You cannot bring your 4 wheeler inside the old city but you can park it in the govt parking area (500m away from hotels). The rooms are having a royal structure. You can find everything in the room that you want, From the top floor, terrace you can see the palace and complete city. The rooftop restaurant is mesmerizing. I will rate this hotel as a 5-STAR for service and ambiance.
