Hotel is well decorated, furnished and clean. But it's location is not suitable for hotel. Restaurants, Bus or taxi stop is fur from the hotel. So, transportation facilities are very bad for a outsider. If you have a car. No free facilities for your driver as you can get other hotel near by this location. If you wish to enjoy with your new beloved, place is best not for foreigners or travelers.

The stay there was nice. Mr. Ghanshyam took care of everything pretty well. His dealing was remarkable. Complementary Dinner was the highlight. Rooms were spacious. 10/10 Attendants were good. They listened to us very patiently. Staff response was good. Nice area for parking available at the property. Overall a pleasant stay. We will again book the same rooms on our next trip to udaipur for sure :)

The most unhygienic and dirty hotel. Their flooring was muddy and sticky. It seems like it's cleaned once a week or probably a month. Their bathroom is extremely disgusting. I checked 2 rooms the WC was disgustingly dirty public toilets are better. Staff is good they made it a point to clean it later after I clicked few pics of the dirty bathroom and toilet. Probably the worse i came accross so far.

We got confirm Booking and we're scheduled to checked-in at night but hotel representative owner already alloted my rooms to someone else and when we real checked in hotel they refuse to provide the room by saying your boking is not there with us and ask to booking platform for further clarification it is worst behaviour staff is not cooperative and also some fact- 1. checked in is done before our real checked in 2.staff is not cooperative 3.services not there 4.non avability of basis consumer assests like mug, towel, washing access, ac is closed, water was not there. I recently stayed in this hotel in Dec 22, and had a very good experience. The rooms are nice, clean, spacious for budget rooms. Room service was quick and polite. The food they served was extremely tasty and hygienic that some days we ended up eating more even after a tiring day or on a full stomach. We were greeted and sionara’d by very polite staff. There was a miss from our travel agent on booking a cab for sight seeing, but the receptionist quickly arranged for an excellent ride which made our sight seeing a pleasant, relaxed and exciting experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Hotel staff is very cordial & receptive however services leave a lot to desire. Could be a lot better... Breakfast the way it's cooked & presented with side dishes(e.g. no chutney or Sauce with bread pakoda- U see the staff having same with Sauce & denying the guests with the best of treatments possible), Cleanliness of bathrooms, Ageing furniture etc.

Service and staff were too poor. They didn't talk or treat us properly. Utter disappointment.

I booked it through Trivo and it showed its rating 4.5/5. Room is not cleaned and hotel has electricity power cut issue, staff is not responsible about the issues.

I had my prior bookings online for 3 rooms for a 2 day stay in Udaipur, that too on the weekends (paid for 7 family members). We were at the front desk and the reception operator refused to give us entry, The reason they provide is, "their guest overbooked" -- now what about our prior bookings?? I asked the support and customer cares they tried to communicate with the property owners (vallabh villas), they didn't pick the calls and refused to communicate. .. The support team has shifted me, to another similar property and it took us 2 to 3 hours to do all this stuff I am very disappointed with such acts and I would say that its not only me So many people have been through this. I would not trust this property and urge people to choose other available options .. They have more facilities with good pricings This property is overrated and there was no welcome gesture at all!!

Staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel located in odd place. No auto available from there. Ola uber charges more. No nearby restaurants. Room was cleaned but not bathroom. Windows and door are not air tight so cold wind kept on coming and we felt like we are inside a refrigerator. For a day stay its okay but not good for longer stays.

I wasn't expecting much from the hotel but to my surprise it turned out really good. The staff were really welcoming and hospitality was great. Food, room service and room standards were really up to the mark. Great work done guys I hope to come again when I visit udaipur again
