This hotel doesn't even deseve 1 star rating, booked the room for 3 people at a price of 2500 and got the worst room..water was dripping from the ceiling..floor was dirty..didn't even change the bedsheets and pillow cover..only if you in dire need of a roof for one night then only think about it otherwise look for something else..also not cleaned the room properly

I think everyone visiting Udaipur must avoid this hotel. Rooms were ok but behaviour was not good. We were merly late by 40 minutes after scheduled check-out time but they charged half day money for 40 minutes late showing up in hotel.

No room as they show photos in oyo and google map and rant too high go for better option,aslo service too bed they just gave to us dirty room then come for cleaning,also very bed cleaning. Only 1 star for good restaurant. That all room photos.aslo bathroom in bed condition.

Good hotel to stay in, food cost is a little high and service is good. Most of the tourist spots are at a walking distance from the hotel. Rooms and washrooms are big and valuable for Money.

Rooms were dirty. No cleaniness was maintaned. Lights went of for almost half an hour. Persons there were not responding.

Hotel is not of even one star,rooms are very dirty as it's in photos completely opposite. Don't go for this hotel u will regret after gng their as I regretted it . And from owner to staff all are incorporative and rude with guest , wasted my money 😡😡

My family stay two night ac room when we went for rest at night ac was not working I have complaint manager 3 time but no solution my family disturb for it night 10 pm when we all sleeping managar come for fees it very bed service don't go there

Rooms were stinky and in the name of service we got nothing. There was no WiFi at all. There was no hot water. We kept on calling the room service but got no resolution. We booked the room for 2 days but we couldn't even stay there for one night. Left the hotel and got no refund. Money totally wasted. Please find a better hotel aroun Udaypole but don't visit Hotel Sita, Panchwati.

would give this place zero stars if I could. We stayed there for 4 days as a family and the overall experience was pathetic. Rooms very dirty and on top of it they did not do any housekeeping activities even after asking. There was a power outage for 10 hours ( night 11 PM to morning 9 AM) and we were not compensated for it. Spent the whole night without electricity! Horrible experience!

I wish there was any option for rating in minus. This hotel didn't even changed pillow covers dispute asking 2 times. Later we realised roof was leaking. Room was not cleaned properly there were beer bottles in room, ciggerate ashes and used ciggerate were there. It had all the bad things possible. I wouldn't recommend this, go there if all the places are taken in Udaipur, even railway platform was cleaner than this hotel. Don't get fooled with the pictures of rooms on app.

The person sitting at counter was rude. Rooms were available as being shown in oyo app. But the manager asked to book from counter only. I had to pay more because my wife feeling tired and I had no options. In the morning at the time of checkout he even refused to give proper bill..Very bad experience.

Very bad experience they charged extra money for just 40 mins for we were late to checkout, we were stuck in traffic and won't able to reach at hotel on checkout time, we tried to convince them but they didn't understood our problem and they charged 750 for just 40 mins late to checkout...

It was a very horrible experience. We booked the hotel thru the OYO app and , our booking was confirmed but when we reached the hotel the guy at the reception desk said that the hotel is full and he couldn't provide any rooms and was not even willing to help and was talking in a very rude behaviour.

One of the worst place to stay in . The owner as well as the staff are the worst . They don't know what hospitality means . I cannot stress more on the fact that they are the worst . Starting from the entrance, you will find everything dirty and that's their standard . Don't even think about booking or even giving it a look . They don't want to work on the place . Just want you to pay for whatever they throw your way

I wish to give negative ratings to this place. Absolutely rubbish service. The rooms are damped with no properly functioning A.C and the attendant was very rude. Please don't visit this place.

Asked several times for hot water in morning for bath but literally ignored. In the night also many time requested to change the room due not proper working of AC but same...😞😞

Please don't choose to stay. You will regret it. Neither room nor staff was good.No sanitation, no room service. You will get nothing after paying 2.5k for a single room for one night except stench,rude staff and water from ceiling.
