Budget Friendly, Good Ambience, cleanliness and good service, Comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious, mostly everything was good. Only thing that was disappointing was the Breakfast options, same menu everyday with only 2-3 options to choose from and very late serving.... The F&B staff ensured quick replenishment of the buffet items and provided table service intuitively. I noticed them entertaining special requests for some out of the menu options as well. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all basic amenities. Bed and bath linen smelled fresh and looked clean. They also provide a kitchen for light self-cooking and a pool table at the first floor for entertainment.

The service was good. The owner and staff was helpful. My wife was unwell and staff really helped alot, got the medicines and also allowed us to extend our stay due to medical issue.. very empathetic and good people here. Thank you very much, And to other do visit the place for your stay.

Just Loved the Environment and atmosphere of the Hotel. Clean and nice. Food was ok not that great. The receptionist/care taker Mohan ji was quite helpful. He helped for arranging rickshaw/car for sightseeing and other stuff.

A cool European kind of set up, with relaxed ambience and a cafe type restaurant. Just loved it, wish had more time to enjoy the place itself in addition to the city heritage.

Location is nice, staff behaviour and response was very good, food was nice. Just need one elevator since we stayed on the top floor room. But it was worth climbing 5 floors by stairs as the view was nice and a big terrace was ours for two days. I love the place ❤️

Very nice stay, food was good location is nearby famous places. Specially Mr. Pramod was very helpful

Overall a decent room, but has multiple issues: 1. Nobody picks up the phone when called on the listed number that I received in booking confirmation. Later found out that it's the owner's number and he is not interested in talking to anyone at all. 2. The cable was not working, the recharge was not done and nobody even cared to make it work. 3. Official kitchen closing time was 10:30PM and when I tried to place an order at 9:45PM, I was told that it will be the last order.

The stay was amazing and the hospitality was impeccable. From the manager to the support staff everyone was cordial. Special mention of Mr Pramod, the manager who went an extra mile to make ourselves at home and even got us good deal from the local autos. Totally recommended.

It was okay. Location is Peaceful, Room was good but Service wasn't. We told so many times about water blockage but they just nodded and did nothing until I went down to reception. MAIN REASON OF TWO STAR: Room Service Guy STOLE my TWS Airdopes. At morning it was there on the table, We asked for room service then when we returned, it vanished. We didn't complain because we were unsure and can't blame without proof but later I didn't find it anywhere.

we were in a trip with friends. We stayed in a family room. trust me when I say it was best budget friendly room in Udaipur. I have been to other hotels there but Downtown BNB was best.
