Recently I have booked oyo10214 hotel westwood inn , Udaipur. The first room they have given us was extremely dirty. There were food leftovers on the bed. Even one can find hair on the pillow as well as on the bedsheet itself. Door was not getting locked properly. When we have asked for changing, they have given another room. That room had the same problem with the previous one. Again i went to reception and asked for changing atleast the bed sheet. Then finaly they have offered a small but somewhat clean room. We were extremely hungry and tired otherwise must have cancelled the booking. They didnt provide us soap or other toileteries until i asked them three times the next day. For room services we need to call them several times. Even for water after repeated calling we got it. Breakfast served at 8am was such cold it seemed they took it out from freezer and served. Dont know how many days back they ha e prepared it. Not at all greeted well at the reception. Not even a single time. and the most horrible thing was bed bugs. Couldnt sleep a single night. got bruises all over our body. while checking out when they asked for rating i have rated them two stars and mentioned the reasons. when we are about to leave udaipur, that time i got a msg from oyo referring that your booking pnr got chanceeled as we didnt check in. I was extremely in shock. Just because i rated them low, instead of improving their services he jst cancelled the pnr. Not recommended to anyone.

I am so much frustrated from the services of this hotel that I have to write a review. The owner is completely fraud, having no responsibility for the people staying there, non of the staff are educated, they were found to be drunk in day time also. The room were having fowl smell, hairs on pillow, and even bedsheets were not clean at all. If you request to change the bedsheet they will bring the dirty bed sheet from some other room to replace. Even they have two hotel with same name, they have booking for the name of Westwood Inn but based on the customer and situation they send them to there second hotel named Westwood situated nearby. They also have illegal business at hotel. I strongly recommend you not book room at this hotel.

The worst experience I have in my life, never experianced such bad hotel and bus services. The owner Harsh is fraud and very irresponsive person who just changes his sentences minutes after minute. Based on my experience I strongly recommend not to book Harsh's hotels as well as bus services.

The hotel is one which will NEVER make you HAPPY . It is a hotel under preparation. The uncleanliness of the rooms will make you angry. The food is so and so . The hotel's main entrance is a small alley. The lift is very big and beautiful , 6-man lift . The dining room is spacious and airy. There is no balcony in any room. The so called warm water of geyser is hardly far from icy-cool . The cupboard is big. The roof is far from reach of boarders. The lounge is not spacious.The hotel is somewhat closer to the city of Udaipur.

It was worse experience.. Food is not available in hotel. Even tea or hot drinking water is also not available. Hotel rooms are not clean. Hotel staff is very rude. They don't have soap or body lotion for guests. Telephone is not available in room. No servicing staff available. Every time I had breakfast or lunch or dinner outside the hotel because hotel don't have kitchen. Over all experience was very bad.. It's totally waste of money to stay in this hotel.

Room is good but cleaning is not done on daily basis, for 3 days stay, room was cleaned only once that too we asked them. Although we submitted the keys even then room were not cleaned Dont go for included breakfast as it is very tasteless. Suggestion for management : please change your cook.

Do not even think about visiting this hotel as behaviour of the staff is not customer friendly. Hotel is zero in name of services. AC is not working in hotel, No hot water available, not good food, no parking facility available, towels not provided for bathing, be sheet are not clean, room was tacky. After continuously reminding this to hotel staff there is no single change in the service. It was worst experience ever in this hotel. I advice you to stay in any Dharamshala instead of staying at this hotel.

Washrooms are dirty, torn bedsheets, staff is less caring towards the guests. Only the newly joined chef serves very tasty food. I have observed all the hotels under *OYO* are below average in the means of service, cleanliness, hospitality. So think 10 times before you book.
