Now
this
hotel
has
become
hotel
golden
tulip.
Stayed
at
the
hotel
for
2
nights.
The
first
thing
which
offended
me
was
that
no
staff
was
wearing
a
mask
at
the
premises.
Second
when
we
went
to
swimming
pool,
the
female
changing
room
was
locked.
My
wife
was
asked
to
go
and
use
male
changing
room.
Also
the
swimming
pool
was
allowed
for
outsiders.
There
was
some
local
college
students
group
at
the
pool
which
were
creating
such
a
nuisance
that
we
opted
to
skip
the
pool.
In
evening,
if
you
wish
to
use
the
pool
or
gym,
you
should
not
because
the
gym
is
also
open
for
outsiders.
So
if
any
female
is
in
pool,
the
low
class
members
of
the
hotel
gym
would
hang
around
the
pool
to
ogle
you.
I
ordered
a
normal
OTC
pizza
and
I
was
served
Onions,
Tomatoes
and
Capsicums
in
a
bowl.
When
I
complained
for
it,
the
manager
asked
me
if
I
was
sure
that
the
veggies
were
without
the
pizza
base?
After
that
when
I
recieved
the
pizza,
I
wonder
how
the
hotel
was
able
to
get
such
a
size
of
base
of
pizza?
I
am
posting
the
pic
of
the
345
Rs.
pizza
of
the
hotel.
Moreover
the
rooms
don't
have
AC
temperature
control.
So
you
are
the
mercy
of
the
hotel
to
maintain
the
temperature
of
your
room.
Most
of
the
time,
the
intercom
to
in
room
dining
stay
unanswered
so
you
need
to
walk
down
to
reception
and
give
your
order.
My
room
was
booked
including
the
breakfast
and
dinner.
On
13th
July
when
we
went
to
have
my
dinner
at
restaurant,
we
were
informed
that
a
private
drinks
and
dinner
party
was
going
on
in
the
restaurant
so
they
can't
serve
us
dinner
there.
We
settled
in
the
the
area
outside
the
restaurant
which
they
call
it
the
coffe
shop.
After
requesting
several
times
to
the
staff,
no
AC
was
turned
on
of
that
area
and
the
only
pedestral
fan
was
also
removed
from
there.
I
don't
know
in
the
time
of
Covid,
how
the
hotel
was
able
to
organise
such
a
party
at
the
restaurant.
Overall
a
terrible
stay.
I
am
never
ever
going
back
to
this
hotel
and
never
ever
recommending
it
to
anyone.
This
hotel
has
undergone
so
many
brand
changes
from
India
International
to
Oyo
to
now
Golden
tulip
but
the
worth
of
this
hotel
is
of
Oyo
only.
