Most infuriating experience. We booked this room via Oyo. Our booking was for 2 rooms, however, after reaching there, we were informed that they could only give us one room. The so called caretaker (didn't ask his name but he was a thin man with the tere naam hairstyle) was one of the most arrogant people I've met. Despite it being their fault, all he said was there was an error and he can't do anything about it. No apologies or even the slightest hint of remorse. He wasn't even making eye contact with us. He said the owner would be there in 5 mins. We waited for half an hour. His highness had walked away not giving us any updates on the owners arrival. Finally, we called Oyo and got our booking shifted to another property. The staff didn't even bother to say anything or even come out of their rat hole as we were walking away. The owner didn't bother calling us either. Utterly unprofessional and irresponsible. It was really annoying to have arrived in Udaipur after a whole days travel to be faced with this sort of arrogance and attitude. Add to that walking 15 mins with luggage to another hotel. DO NOT GO HERE.

Place was not clean . Even asked so many times to clean the room but it was cleaned I will suggest please don't visit this place...people are sweet spoken but no cleaniness.wardrobe was not clean , washroom was dirty.on dressing table there was food spoil To much of dust on floor

Wonderful place, home like food, neat nd clean rooms and very supportive nd cooperative staff.

Good place to stay near celebration mall, udaipur... Neat and clean rooms... Staff is also good, only problem is have 3 floors and no lift...

Wonderful peaceful hotel with superb food. Everything is just nearby. Highly recommended.
