Recently i purchase samsung refrigerator 394 ltr from Croma. Three times damaged product was delivered to me by Croma. Many times i visited a Croma to resolve the problem, but unfortunately the good product is not with me. Finally decided to refund the money. #weast of time # weast of money (Travelling expence) # bed product delivery # unsatisfactory performance by branded and reputed company (TATA & SAMSUNG)

Don't but croma products,Too bad experience, cheap quality plastic, big jar damaged even in single use, Warranty refused by the store, and i was forced to take extra warranty for this product, I don't know why they forced to take warranty even the company gives the 1 year warranty, I hve payed forcefully the extra warranty, I thought the product might be good, so the extra warranty, but no warranty can b claimed at this says the store. Just bought the product 2 months before. Too cheap quality. The store refused, n blames me, Does he mean that i hve never used the mixer?? Croma please don't spoil tata's name like this. I bought just because it was a product from tata.

I went to buy pendrive. Since pendrive was kept near the cash counter, nobody attended me for a long. The sales executives near cash counter were gossiping. Instead they could have shown pendrive ranges while cashier is occupied. I went another time today. Nobody was near the cash counter. Since it happened twice, I believe it has become their culture (especially for pendrive section) !!

Croma !! It's a fabulous showroom for electronic devices like washing machine, mobiles, TV , etc . This building is divided into 3 floors - ground , 1st , and 2nd floor . It was my great experience there , as I went there to buy a laptop. On the ground floor u can buy TVs , mobiles , watches and many more, and on the 1st floor u can buy laptops, computer accessories, kitchen hardware and many more, and on the last but not the least 3rd floor u can buy washing machines , Fridges Air conditioners and many more . The behaviour of the staff is also so good , all are very kind and payment method is also easy , but I want to buy laptop through installments so it takes so much time . Anyways I suggest you to go there and hope that u too have good experience.

My parents purchased Mi LED 50 inch they told that it will be installed in 48 hours but it's took 5 days to install and we call them they didn't response. Firstly we went to Croma and complaint about the issue regarding instalment of LED After that installment had done at 10.00 PM. The boy told us that this is a demo peace so it will be not in warranty Next day company contact us & told us that u had given demo peace that's why it has no warranty. we complained about this issue but they didn't solve the problem. It is my humble request to all of you if u want to purchase any product from Croma as well as Mi products think before it .Thank You
