Dr Sreeja was Amazing. I was on a short holiday, and within that short period, she did the best job for my tooth complications. I am happy with Dr Sreeja for her friendly approach and provided individual focused care.

Had my teeth done at Facets few months ago. Was duped by the sweet talk by Sebi Varghese to start with till you commit to using Facets for the smile makeover. Once I committed his behaviour changed. He used to get upset even when you let him know of any issues you are facing. It seems like he just wanted us to be happy with his procedures, doesn't matter even if you have issues. Couple of times the procedure was performed in a very unprofessional manner causing lot of pain and discomfort unnecessarily. And he was complaining that his fingers are aching rather than my pain, which shouldn't be the case. As an experienced professional you should be able to do dental procedure with ease. This shows his character that he is very self-centred and doesn't care for his patients. In terms of the whole procedure, it seems like normal dental job rather than expensive smile makeover. There is lots of gaps between the teeth and the gums which causes food particles to get stuck. I did raise this issue with Sebi but he said it will be fine after some time. The lower front teeth are too thick which makes it difficult to bite or hold anything, for example can’t even eat an orange segment. The left posterior lower and upper teeth are flat with no grooves or ridges which natural teeth usually has, which makes it difficult to chew from the left side of my jaw. Except the 5 front teeth not happy with others. The product used was Zirconia from Dentcare. It was a complete smile makeover and functionality was very important to me. Not at all happy with the functionality. We had to visit Dentcare Lab, Sebi did drive me there and back to my hotel, as this was agreed before I committed to the procedure with Facets. Facets may be OK for simple dental job but not complete smile makeover. As the staff are good, facility is OK. But for smile makeover it’s a BIG NO. If I had to decide again, I would never choose Facets having experienced their service.

My teeth were inclined inward, especially the anterior ones. I consulted various specialists, had braces fixed for 3-4 years, and yet there was no desirable result. Then I heard of this place and came here not hoping much whatsoever. But after the consultation and explanations, they formulated a treatment for me which was way too expensive, and I thought better of it. After a while, however I decided to give it a try. So they started the treatment by starting off with refilling of the bad fillings, root canals done on some teeth etc. All the front teeth were reduced down and I had a complete set of crown or covering or whatever, of all the front teeth together. Now my upper teeth seems to have come forward and my smile line has gotten better, that too in very less number of sittings . Overall, the atmosphere, specialists, equipment, techniques, support at any time and treatment plans are awesome. Thanks to everyone behind the scene.
