personally
believe,
a
restaurant
is
valuable
depending
as
a
whole
on
food
quality,
environment,
staff
behaviour,
service
&
much
more
but
the
most
important
aspect
is
the
service
provided
&
staff
behaviour
to
the
customer.
The
recent
incident
of
past
Sunday(29/10/23)
had
strongly
disappointed
me
regarding
the
management
over
there.
We've
ordered
a
minimal
order
of
Manchurian
(500g
x
2)
at
7:42pm
&
received
the
order
at
8:45pm.
I
mean
standing
1
hr
just
for
1
order
is
ridicules.
There
was
no
management
to
acknowledge
the
orders
as
per
sequence.
I
witnessed
multiple
orders
after
mine
was
first
completed
&
delivered.
The
staff
that
was
managing
to
handover
the
completed
order
were
just
randomly
picking
up
the
completed
order
to
handover.
This
case
was
not
only
limited
to
me,
people
along
with
me
were
amused
by
the
same.
The
swiggy
&
Zomato
delivery
agents
were
also
waiting
for
their
orders
just
to
be
handed
over.
Even
though
all
were
impatiently
asking
about
their
order
status,
no
one
was
there
to
calm
down
the
crowd
&
assist
responsibly
to
manage
the
situation.
After
50mins,
when
we
asked
for
the
status,
the
staff
told
us,
"your
order
is
just
started
processing,
please
give
us
2mins".
I
mean
such
management
should
not
be
entertained
at
any
cost
when
they
don't
know
the
value
of
their
customer's
time....
I've
decided
not
to
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
from
now
on.
I
understand
the
rush
situation
in
entire
Surat
on
weekends
&
we
generally
accept
without
any
issue,
but
the
rush
implication
due
to
the
management
issue
is
a
different
thing.
Better
to
consider
other
nearby
options
available
rather
than
this.
Strongly
disappointed.
