Definitely the gym to hit for the people staying in and around Manipal/Udupi. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, the gym is spacious and well equipped. The Management constantly looks out for new upgrades so that the customers don't feel out of place.

Trainers are very friendly and professional. Gym premise is always clean and organized.

The timings are misleading. Apparently they are closed from noon till 15:00 for lunch. This ratings is not for the gym or facilities or training. I hope they rectify the time on the google listing and I also hope to go check the place, train with them and then maybe I will write another review or edit my ratings. There is no phone number or any mode of contact on google maps too. I have to google and get the number from their Instagram page.
