😐 The road was quite muddy going in. The appearance from the outside was disappointing. The food was nice and the tour of the geology and past cultures was interesting. People often mention stay, clean, good, home, Immaculate, nice, Fort,

Best place to stay for a couple of days! It's a very clean and calm place located just outside the city. Boda is 1k UGX to city centre and up to 2k back at night which makes transport very affordable even multiple times a day. Immaculate is very nice and helpful, especially with her recommendations about astonishing places nearby - thanks a lot again for your help. Don't miss to ask her about where to go and what to see! I stayed a couple of nights and would definitely come back there if I came back to Fort Portal. Very much recommended!

(Translated by Google) Perfect for a stopover in Fort Portal. Simple, clean, inexpensive and indescribably hospitable. Dinner at 23:00 was as little of a problem as breakfast at 5:00. Anytime again, unreservedly recommended (unless you expect the Ritz Carlton, then you are wrong here).

Very nice location. Friendly staff, peaceful. Has WiFi and is good value. Secure parking for cars - 2. Nice, especially if on a shoestring budget holiday. Camping is also an option with your own tent with reasonable facilities - including warm showers!!

We had a stop over here for lunch on our way to Kibale forest. We were in a big group of 20 so we ordered for our food on the way from Kampala in order to save time. Payed through mobile money a deposit. Place is however clean, with nicely kept gardens

This is probably my favorite accommodation in Uganda the Maasai Backpackers home in Fort Portal. The huge, beautiful garden with many opportunities to sit and chill, the cosy little rooms & the nice cooking room for a cup of coffee and spacious & super clean bathroom.

This is a really nice place to stay when you're on your way to QENP or Murchison Falls. You can stay in a room or you can camp. In case you have a rooftop tent this might be more difficult. There is a really nice garden, you can use the kitchen, and the breakfast tastes really good.

Maasai villa Backpackers home in Fort Portal, is an amazing place to stay. The grounds on which it is situated are spectacular, with lush green lawns and a bamboo tree with singing birds! You don’t even need to leave the premise.

Beautiful well maintained garden, comfortable beds, a cozy bonfire if you request for one and great staff. Unfortunately the place still under construction but our WiFi was on all the time we stayed.

We really enjoyed our short stay at Maasai Backpackers Home! The grounds are spacious and green, the food was good too - they even had ice cream! We came to stay for few days but ended staying for the rest of our internship of four months. Thanks to the management which made us part of home members. We shall miss our home and we shall definitely recommend to our friends.

(Translated by Google) The room is fine ... but the management is too tight .. they charge you more with an unfavorable dollar exchange rate, and they also charge towels. (Original) La camera e a posto...ma la gestione è troppo tirchia..ti fanno pagare di più con un cambio sfavorevole del dollaro,e fanno pagare anche l asciugamani.
