The staff are performing excellently, we enjoyed our stay but the mattress at room 097 is bad, it folded us into two please change it.

Basically for me,this place is more like home,the caretakers are so friendly and show care to you, their breakfast is delicious and served early before 7.am..their rooms are clean except for the bathrooms,the tiles are worn out and need repair..but it's a sweet welcoming environment.secure parking space and friendly gate man..

The cleanliness and hygiene are very important, here only in their rooms but in their washrooms and the place where we were dining from. This place always takes care of such petty things as these are the small, little things that help in making their name in the industry and has won the trust of guests. Not only the rooms but the staff responsible for the cleaning and other things are also neat and clean and exhibit the importance of hygiene and cleanliness in the the lodging.

It's a budget motel and I have liked the cleanliness and good staff.

Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of Rwenzori Mountains. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Only downside was that the Wifi was not working. The restaurant is okay but a bit more expensive than other places in Fort Portal.

The staff was nice. The rooms are simple with a nice view and not toobad, but they are extremely noisy and a strong fried odor came during the evening.

My Night at Relief was amazing, great service and room service is on time. The receptionist Daphine was amazing. Very affordable rates for ironing of your cloths. It’s easy to reach. They had delicious Breakfast.

Nice rooms but the parking is so small

It's a nice hotel, clean with great staff. It's located in the heart of Fort portal. You can easily walk to and from the hotel to town. It Has got some nice views of Fort portal town. The only problem is limited parking.

Relief Motel offers a good resting place for the budget traveler. The rooms on the west wing have a nice balcony view overlooking the hill on which the royal palace of tooro kingdom seats. The room is cozy with TV however the bathroom was to squeezed for comfort. It also had not toilet seat and the water pressure from the shower head was too high with an uneven balance of hot & cold. The breakfast is basic but enough to kick start your day.

Slow service, phone doesn't work, parking is too small, I had too wait an hour before the car that was blocking mine was moved. Definitely never going back.
