Wobulenzi is a quiet a big town in comparison to other non major district towns located on Gulu highway. It's a place with less recreation centers because most buildings are only retail shops oriented. So if you are planning to visit wobulenzi, get ready to buy only simple stuff like beverages, snacks, food and other simple stuff and proceed to Luwero town or Kampala city. Failure to so, get ready to get bored in this mini shopping center like town. The bars and shops don't have lots of life unless you are a local person that enjoys even the least fun stuff a small town has to offer

It's a town council in Luwero district that helps to connect to zirobwe, kamira and Luwero town. It's a fast growing area with enough population.
