Booked one month in advance and paid. Was surprised to be informed a few months to arrival at the airport that the apartment had been given away. Was checked into hotel and next day,the owner's son came to take us to an apartment different from what we had booked. Never met the owner, spoke on phone and arrogantly told us to take whatever room she offered or get our money back. This was so unprofessional. Stayed at other apartment she offered. She or management never showed until we decided to book with another apartment and levae. This is the most unprofessional people I ever dealt with and will never book with them again. Oh,we were even told to pay our own power bills, how awful. You guys are the worst.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the management at this apartment. When my apartment and the apartment across from mine were robbed in late July 2018, the landlady offered no support at all, denied that the theft even took place (the police visited the property and conducted an investigation, and the other couple that was robbed interacted with the thieves), and did very little to help (though, her lease contract does not require her to help tenants in such situations). Furthermore, a few weeks after the robbery, I arrived at my apartment to find the door open and the manager showing my place without having called me to notify me that they would be unlocking my apartment. Management did not see an issue with willingly using their spare key whenever they please. I immediately moved out, since I did not feel that even my property was safe on the premises. Although the apartments are pretty to look at, in my experience management was unhelpful when I needed them most.

Located in Ntinda. Neighbourhood is a bit friendly. Well furnished. The price range is from $700 monthly but its negotiable depending on length of stay. Security is available at the premises.

Don't book them. They don't give what you pay for. They can shift you from one location to another like a homeless person. The owner lady Evelyne is rude and arrogant. Just don't book with them.

I normally visit Kampala for my holidays yearly and twice, I’ve stayed here , with friends and family , I’ve been impressed. What I liked 😀: 1. The stuff is down to earth ( manager ) - regularly checked on me. 2. The facilities are a good value for money. 3. Security is top-notch , my vehicle well secured plus car wash service - (with a little fee). 4. Great restaurants around with local food ( loved Maama Restaurant ). 5. Easy access to the Northern by-pass ring around the city and center. 6. WiFi and electricity where reliable - though if you need a stronger more stable WiFi for work related issues and or running hi bandwidth intensive applications (for work holidays) getting a potable router is a better choice. What I didn’t like: 😕 1. If you stay on the top floor , no elevator so be ready to scale 6-staircases. 2. Water pressure on my floor was little low ( Manager - couldn’t help ) What to improve on: The bed-rooms could use dark curtains to help block the light out especially during early-dawn Overall this is a great place to stay if you need to be close to the city . I and my family of 6 stayed at Evelyn Appartments for 33 days. It is by far one of the very best you can get in town. Cleaning, security, room service are at their best. Generous sized and furnished rooms. I witnessed best customer service and very swift response to issues like gas, Internet, simple repairs etc. I will come back again and again.

Worst management, worst communication. These people had to call police on us yet it wasn’t yet the day for our checkout . If you are looking for good services and people who value people and will treat you with respect don’t even think of Evelyn apartments. This applies to all their properties fyi . Had the worst three weeks of my vacation because of these people . They don’t clean thoroughly too just in case you are looking for a neat place .

Never ever pay or book with these people.I had the worst experience ever in my life with these people. The owner lady is rude, arrogant and money minded. Calls just to mess with your day. Rooms are not cleaned on time, old mechanics in the rooms, dirty toilets and bathrooms. Un repaired facilities. They have poor communication and abrupt change of plans and schedules from different managers. Contradicting information from them all. They tortured me on my check out day and didn’t give me a breathe to an extent of calling police for no reason. Very many annoying calls from different managers. The owner said they are up to making money and nothing else on my second booking that a had earlier paid, gave out my room only to arrive and being given another room. I asked for refund of the money paid and it was not granted. The owner just called and abused me saying am still young to be stressing an old lady like her. She was never willing to listen to my request and hang up on me following up lots of messages in my inbox. They have the worst management and the worst hospitality. I regretted each day the moment I decided to use them. Would never advise anyone to book them not even a second. Worst place, worst experience I ever had. I was stressed my whole stay😭😔☹️😩😤😤😤😤🚮🚮🚮
