Our
stay
with
14
of
my
family
was
our
first
as
we
stayed
to
experience
the
safari
and
Murchison
Falls.
Check
in
was
lovely
as
we
were
greeted
by
drinks
and
towel
service.
The
hotel
manager
personally
greeted
each
one
of
us
welcoming
us
with
open
arms.
We
arrived
on
Christmas
Day.
The
mood
was
festive
and
fun.
The
dinner,
however,
fell
short
of
expectations,
but
the
service
was
good
and
efficient.
Outside
dining
at
night
not
recommended
due
to
bugs
and
flies.
Rooms,
while
dated,
were
a
good
size.
Main
concerns
were
the
sliding
back
doors
that
did
not
lock,
only
one
bulky
key
per
room,
and
on
our
last
day
brown
water
from
the
taps.
Drinks
and
drink
prices
were
good.
We
enjoyed
the
spaciousness
of
one
our
family’s
suite
for
us
all
to
gather.
Overall,
while
we
had
issues
with
the
food
and
rooms,
the
service
went
above
and
beyond
to
try
and
make
our
stay
as
comfortable
as
possible.
The
general
manager
was
exceptional
in
soliciting
feedback
and
providing
suggestions.
