The staff is the is fantastic from the moment you arrive! The Chef, is the best food we've ever had in 12 years of travel to Uganda, better than any other lodge! Climbing into bed after gorilla trekking to find lambs wool covered hot water bottles is sublime! Four Gorillas Lodge really good above and beyond.

A stunning lodge right in the middle of the Bwindi forest! My wife and I loved our one night stay here and the only thing we wished we could change would have been more staying more nights! The staff was so friendly and even reopened their kitchen to make us lunch when we arrived later than their normal lunch hours! The views are breath taking and the dinner and breakfast was delicious! Also, the heated water bags they provide at night were the absolute best after a long trip to Uganda from Kigali. We would recommend this lodge to anyone and we hope we can return one day!

We stayed here 2 nights for a gorilla trekking adventure. The staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional service. They cleaned our shoes and boots, offered free laundry service and made we enjoyed our stay. The food was great with large portions.

The lodge was amazing. ALL staff members went out of their way to make sure your stay was amazing. Dismus, the butler, was nothing short of amazing. The hot water bags in your bed with turn down service were amazing. Get an in room massage from Barbara. Absolutely wonderful. The food was good.

We had an incredible stay at Four Gorillas Lodge. The staff were amazing and so attentive; they offer to clean your hiking shoes for free which is amazing. The chef made us a special Ugandan dish that wasn’t on the menu and it was delicious! And the rooms were beautiful and clean. Highly recommend staying here!

This hotel was absolutely unreal. The staff were so helpful and courteous, the rooms were amazing, the bathrooms were also super nice. The food was delicious as well! There is only wifi in the common areas not in the rooms (didn’t bother us at all).

It surprised me two times, once when I met the room first and the second when I went to bed to sleep. The place is extraordinarily cozy and relaxed in the middle of the jungle. The rooms are so lovely, clean and beautiful; I liked the bathroom a lot. Also when I planned to go to bed I found two hot water bags ready to hug and sleep. If you are planning to visit Gorillas, I would suggest you extend your stay for a day and have a rest after the Gorillas visit.

The staff paid attention to every detail. We've stayed around the world and they offer the best service. The chef and his menu were excellent.
