I slept at their annex (Oxford apartments), I was really impressed. Rooms are clean and services are okay.

Spacious, clean rooms (both washrooms and Master room), cool ambient environment, tasty foods, beautiful interiors and refreshing air at the balcony. The Balcony at second floor enables one to view the town. However, there are CRT monitors TVs in some rooms which cause eye strains; these need urgent replacement with modern flat TVs.

Good African experience. Bed and Rooms are up to the average Ugandan standard. Shower is very run down. Everything is falling apart. Too low pressure in the shower. Limited hot water. Night club around the corner with very loud music till 4am. There are nicer hotels along the road out of town of Mbarara. Those hotels cost you a fraction more, but that's worth it.

If this place was ever good that was in the history books. Staff are untrained incompetent and rude. The quality of service matches their disdain for excellence. Something as basic as getting a fresh towels in the room is like getting a root-canal.

So convenient and really good

I’ve been here about two weeks now and I have to stay this in one of the hotels I’ve stayed at in Uganda. The room service is super reasonable and that chef can cook! I am beyond thrilled with the quality and cost of the rooms. I have the nicest cleaning lady while I’ve been here. I would recommend this hotel. I would suggest ordering the African tea. A little tip. Make sure you bring ear plugs, Ugandans love to party, the hotel it’s self is very quit but neighbors can be a little excited especially on weekends. But wearing earplugs solved all issues.

The place is so good for meetups and it has nice foods

It was really a good place and they handled us with good TLC (Tender Loving Care).

Very unprofessional and terrible customer care, Management and staff are very rude and shouted at us for coming late after our bus broke down and were forcing us to eat at 4a.m. We were then taken to an annex of the hotel with dirty toilet, Shower sprinkler is not working properly, wall paint is chipping off.Book tge hotelat your own risk!!!!!
