This isn’t regarding my stay at the facility, however it’s regarding the owner who planned my wedding with her team. Who done an absolute shoddy job. Took all the money upfront and delivered awful and dreaded service. Broke the cake, bad decorations, she knew absolutely nothing! Her team were appalling, she got a good telling off which she absolutely deserved! I will forever tell others my experience because I don’t believe she should get good reviews on any of her businesses or jobs. She apparently comes to the UK to do work too! I’ll definitely make sure I spread the word on this side to STAY CLEAR. She also promised money back, of course that was a lie. Mariam karma is real and God never sleeps, you are a very evil woman.

This is a nice location-based place but with poor service and management, everyone around is big person, it's with many directors , they like changing words from one man agreement, therefore, after agreeing with one person then another big person come they change figures. So I do recommend to book online not via reception.

I stayed at the Signature Hotel for two weeks in March and had a great experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were always great. I ate dinner here a couple of nights and the food was always good. I rented a single room within a suite and a couple of nights I heard someone enter the other (locked) room in the suite, but mostly it was very quiet and I enjoyed being able to use the kitchen and living/dining room area. The wifi is great at this hotel and so is the TV. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jinja.

The rooms are nice,ever clean and the service is good.Though you should be careful when booking so that they don't book for you I'm Kenya,happened to us then we had to sleep I'm the 'sister hostel' Bh besides that the view is nice

I was at the apartments on Saturday with a couple of friends and the customer care was fantastic! They treated us so well ! The rooms were well maintained. It was such a nice experience staying with them!

Signature Hotel Apartments is always My Best place to be when it comes to leisure and accommodation with excellent customer care services and security.... Can't wait to refer you there.

This wasn't my best stay in Jinja. There was no hot water in the bathroom, the room smelled damp,the breakfast was nothing to fancy about, the room was so dirty. They need to totally renovate the place. Very stained toilets nothing worked ,broken sockets etc. Honestly was a total disappointment.

The service was phenomenal, location was perfect , very peaceful place and got all amenities needed for a family vacation, I will definitely recommend it and planning to return there again whenever we shall visit Jinja .

Only at signature hotel does management open a resident's room for a non-resident to use the washroom. Book at your own risk

Lovely place! Was in Jinja visiting the source of the Nile with my family along with the children. Sometimes its challenging to have children in a hotel room, but the set up of Signature as apartments worked well for us. The boys were able to play in the green gardens and they enjoyed themselves. While in Jinja, there is no other place we would rather be. The staff and manager were also really friendly and courteous.

They don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush,it's additional price if you need,and they are under construction,you have to wake up at 6 am. because the workers start to make noises from that time.
