Great place to go for food and drinks. All the staff, waiters/waitresses and the owners alike, are genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming. There's lounge seats in the sun, tables under shade for eating and the brick pizza oven in the middle. Good food and great service.

Great food, you have to try the Ethiopian food. Great hospitality ( the owner, Bahre greets everyone personally) and the drinks are affordable. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing environment. Clean and affordable rooms although old.

Quiet and cozy, very little Ugandan on the menu except perhaps the ingredients. Plenty of pizza, sandwiches and garnished salad. Not for me when in Uganda. Whole tilapia on a wood grill would have been spot on...

Kindly do not book this hotel online as the hotel will refuse your booking and will be forced to pay again. It's a place for cheating. If you make an online booking and happened to be at the hotel at midnight the mosquitoes will have a feast.

Ancient design but top notch room services. Food is a low deal with exaggerated prices. Staff are friendly. Location is conveniently within the Bugholobi area along Luthuli Avenue near Royal Suites. One thing you can be sure, don't crave for the simple meals you take at your home country because it will cost you an arm and a leg to get it here. Just take what is available when available or better eat elsewhere but sleep here 😁. I got complementary laundry service after staying there for 1 week. I promise you a very good night full of sweet dreams because housekeeping is at its best. Adopted by ~Air Supplier

The Hub is coveniently located but they frequently are out of ingredients that are advertised on their menu....this is disappointing when the picture shows one thing but when you get it, its not what they advertised.....

Priced like a 3 star hotel and upward but with no airconditioning. Their best asset is the food. The food was so nice and affordable. I will dedinately go back for more of the food.
